    My Yahoo mail is "offline" most of the time since about 1/2 year. It only occasionally updates the inbox. When offline, only downloaded headers appear. I am working from Finland and this problem persists on MS Edge, Samsung phone and tablet. Also, it seems to happen a lot on wifi. But all internet works.

  2. Why does it take forever for someone to get my email?

    So why does it take forever for someone to get my Yahoo email? I've emailed someone an attachment in both my Yahoo email and my Gmail account. This recipient was an insurance company, so not a normal free email account. Gmeil was there almost immediately. Yahoo still wasn't there four hours later? This constantly does this? What's the hiccup?

  4. It took 3 weeks to block 1000 unwanted spam emails. 3 weeks? For a private party?

    Filter ALL of the obvious fraudulent spam emails. Simple. If the brand in the subject doesn't match the address; KILL IT.

  5. Fix how Yahoo mail can be cleaned up!

    Fix the way e-mails can be cleaned up! I spent an hour going through 5k e-mails and selecting delete on over 4.5k and it was soooo slow. After all was done it showed deleted at first then after logging out and back in...ALL the deleted e-mails are still showing! Nothing was deleted (or less than 300 of 5k). Not happy.

  7. I cannot gey my mail anymore and I am not PAYING to get it fixed. I am not upgrading, All my contacts are blocked somehow and all i get is j

    I am not getting email from my contacts. I have missed some very important end of year info. I am really upset. I am not upgrading to Yahooplus.

  8. locked out

    I tried to sign in this morning from my usual computer/browser and was denied for 1 hour. This was a huge problem and I want to know why I was blocked out. Should this be a repeating issue I will need to reconsider using Yahoo mail. Regards, R K

  11. Limiting blocked email to only 1000 is horrible

    Limiting blocked email to only 1000 is horrible. If you've ever had your identity stolen you know you get tens of thousands of spam emails. I was going to pay for premium service but saw posts stating it's the same so why pay for "premium service"?

  12. unusual activity

    I keep receiving "We've noticed some unusual activity ..." notices from Yahoo Mail, along with a button to send a verification code to another e-mail account. There is no clarification of exactly what this "unusual activity" is or what I should do to stop it, but it seems to happen when I receive more than two or three messages. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! Either change your settings or tell me explicitly what the "unusual activity" is so I can change my account settings. I'm sick and tired of having to re-open my other e-mail account to get a verification code…

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  15. Tech Support Needed

    I am having problems with Yahoo mail in Firefox.I have Windows 10.
    Some emails show a blank space with no subject showing but the delete box shows. Also, on the left side the word Inbox and other words do not appear. In Settings, 8 of the 12 theme circles do not show their colors but white circles.

  17. Fix current problems

    Can't delete messages. (They keep coming back) And messages I want to keep get deleted. Already have an issue with filters. After having this email for 25 years and paying a yearly fee this is incredibly annoying.

  18. Don't block emails from Microsoft senders. It is impacting me getting a job.

    Emails from Microsoft recruiters and hiring managers have been blocked from my account. I never blocked them. I need a job and Yahoo is preventing me from getting an offer.

  19. Message not been downloaded from server

    Myself family and friends are able to see the header of a email but the main body of the email cannot be read as a message stating “not been downloaded from server” comes up this is starting to happen more frequently - can you fix this please

  20. Too **** difficult to open

    You have made the product too damned difficult. Give me back the right to open my email from my favorites bar when I start my computer. I don't need to verify the number of busses or hydrants or have a number sent to my phone. What a crock of "stuff" you have created. Give me back my Yahoo.
