Recent Yahoo Mail update causes problems
Yahoo Update. Recently Yahoo notified me that I need to accept the Yahoo Update. I did so and now my Yahoo Mail is all messed up. Sometimes only about 1/3 of my screen has messages - the bottom 1/3 to 1/2 is totally blank. And sometimes when I click on a message my Yahoo email all goes to the top left of my computer screen where I cannot read it at all. Before the recent update none of this was happening. Now it happens all the time. Please allow me to undo the recent Yahoo update. Thank you.

Main screen keeps increasing and decreasing size
Looks like this issue was reported in 2018: The main email page keeps refreshing causing the screen to enlarge and shrink repeatedly in short interval periods. Most annoying and sometimes causes a mis-click on an email when screen is refreshing. Ugh.
Please try clearing the browser cache and cookies. Should the issue persist try using a different browser.

Where did you put my Contact Groups? I need them for XMAS tipping!
I use my Contact groups often, BUT PARTICULARLY for XMAS tipping! Please bring them back ASAP! It's December 10th!

what has happened to the emails?
My emails have changed I cannot see who sent them until I open them. This is not acceptable!!

Attachement Issues - virus (Recieved emails from Yahoo in the past regarding this)
I have a problem with my account and believe this is due to a virus. I have tried to report this through your 'help' section but I'm unable too. No-one to report it to only a list of trouble shooting ideas for common problems. I need this malware removed - I am unable to view previously sent attachements ect.
Yahoo takes curiosity seriously, we scan each attachment. We do recommend you exercise caution when opening and viewing attachments. We also recommend getting an anti-virus and scanning the computer or laptop.

Delete key on my keyboard no longer works reliably to delete messages
Yahoo Mail used to let me delete messages from my inbox by hitting the delete key on my keyboard, rather than clicking on Yahoo's delete button. Recently this has stopped working all the time. Sometimes it still works when I hit delete once, sometimes it works if I hit delete multiple times, and sometimes it doesn't work no matter how many times I hit delete. Can you please restore the previous functionality? Having to click on Yahoo's "delete" button is more cumbersome than just hitting the delete button on my keyboard.
Could you please try using a different browser and see if the same issue occurs?

Push notification
I am using third-party mail applications on my android phones. Those apps indicate that Yahoo mail doesn't provide push notification service att all.

Clearing History
When clearing the History to Span & Regular E-mails, when the bar shows up, is it not suppose to do something that shows that the History for each are being deleted because it does nothing. I can't tell if it actually deleted or not. Please fix or go back to the original way of clearing. At least I can see that ALL have been deleted and not still stored in the mailbox.
We recommend using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox. Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.

Frustrated
I have tried to find an email address to send yahoo cloned phishing emails and all I get is a useless expert system which does not help.
Even this feedback is pretty poor as it leads the user.I do not have tome to go round and round in circles looking through things I can fix myself.

Allow documents to be attached
Yahoo has not been working for days. Each time I try to attach a document, it gives me an error message. I am going to use Gmail instead. At least then I can attach documents.

The new mailbox I was forced to use has a serious problem, it flickers on and off each time I move the mouse to do any action.
It is upsetting to use..it flickers on and off at all times, each time I move the mouse to type, look at an email or ANYTHING the screen goes off and on and off and on. This is a serious problem and I will change to another mail provider unless I can have the previous settings restored.
Please try the following:

Received eMail from Yahoo that security upgrades will not allow use of Outlook. That puts long time users of both AT&T mail and Outlook in a position to choose between the two unless this impasse is fixed.That is a market share strategy Yahoo/AT&T might want to reconsider and postpone until resolved.

Stop acting like spoilt brats and deal with the issues - own them - you made the mess now clean it up.

Yahoo mail not responding as it should
Yahoo your email will not allow users to click on individual messages in the inbox today. Anything you try to do it just defaults to opening emails.
Sadness. Please get your coders to find a solution.I detest 'help' being reduced to posting problems in a "community forum" and hope someone reads this at some point.
