  1. Allow me to set up my default sending address.

    I want to use a newer email as my default sending address and this does not seem to be an option. Am I missing something?

    If you are looking for the account info click on your profile image then click Account Info under your email address.

  5. Filter does not work, for "@wrymhoy.tequiero.me"

    I created a filter to try to send all emails containing @wrymhoy.tequiero.me to Trash. Yet every day I get some of these in my Inbox and some in Spam. NOTE: when I created the filter, sending these emails to "Spam" was NOT an option. Has your filter thingy been hacked?

    If your filter contains several criteria, it might not be effective (the email will need to meet all the criteria for the filter to work). We recommend creating several filters, each containing one criteria, e.g. filter for subject, for body of the email.

    Maybe you can offer fingerprint signing in on Yahoo app.

    In order to do that please tap on your profile picture in the Yahoo Mail App > Settings > Security.

  7. every time i turn on my computer and open up my yahoo mail, the old version is back and i have to manually switch it to the newest version..

    Make it so the new version of email stays whenever i open it up so i dont have to manually have to do it every time.

  9. Email received not syncing

    Since the new feature comes it is hard to received email and even sign in back to the yahoo.com only because it is automatically detecting the location where you are like yahoo.com.ph...

    Please help how i can see my emails again to yahoo.com only because this is my original account

    You can try turning the location setting off. Also, you could download the Yahoo Mail App and sign in with the Yahoo.com address.

  10. unlimited storage

    I was promised unlimited storage years ago. Now I am showing 91% of 1TB?!?! Verizon, you need to honor Yahoo! agreements and grandfather people in after acquisitions!

    Please uninstall and reinstall the app. If the issue persists, try changing from WIFI to mobile data or vice versa. In case the issues still occur, please use the send feedback option in the Yahoo Mail app to provide the details directly to the engineers.

  14. Now my mail won't update on my i phone. Please fix this problem.

    Need to fix the problem ...error message says " the connection to the server failed". This happened suddenly yesterday on both of my i phones.

    If you are using the Yahoo Mail App, please uninstall and reinstall the app.

    If you are using the iPhone’s built-in mail app please remove your account and re-add it.

  15. How to delete filters

    While you can edit a filter. Where is the delete a filter button. In the new interface, where is the ability to delete? The interface changes seem to be window dressing and add no apparent functionality.

  16. Filters with Multiple Email Accounts - Impossible to set up

    Filters - Filters in the Classic Mail were fantastic - super simple to implement and I had a LOT of them (to the point my inbox was clean, containing the important emails only). The upgrade removed ALL of my filters - and creating new ones can only be done in the settings menu. I have multiple emails (a business email account and personal) linked to a single account - the business one doesn't even list its own folders in the new filters option in settings (yet I am clicking on settings from that account).   18. Stop disabling messages and links disabled in spam. I often want to see them, even if they are spam. I don't appreciate censorship

    I don't want links and messages disabled, nor to have to make a message 'not spam,' in order to view it. I don't want it in my inbox, but I do want the option to view it to be mine. Sometimes viewing spam, alerts as to what is 'out there,' and sometimes spam gets through Yahoo filters. I want to be able to identify spam that may have entered my inbox. Yahoo should not be censoring my email; putting it in the Spam folder is sufficient. I check that folder frequently and, as a responsible adult, am intelligent enough to…

    On mail.yahoo.com the settings gear icon can be found on the right side of the email screen. Once you click on it a new menu window opens. In that smaller window, you have the More Settings. Click on that. An entire new settings window opens and on the left side of the screen click on Mailboxes. In the middle, you see your email address, click on it and on the right side a new menu appears. The “your name” setting is the first in the list.

  20. Your directions for changing password is useless.

    How about get someone there who knows what they are doing. You instructions for changing a password is ridiculous. It DOESN'T WORK! You have no "Change Password" link which you claim to have. It just keeps circling you. Don't tell me to go to help because that is where I went and your process is incorrect! You must want to loose customers.

    In case you have the Account key Setting enable, you will have to disable it and then change password.
