Eliminate ****-like emails
Before Yahoo, we did not get any *-like * emails. Now, we are receiving these emails in our Inbox! Those emails were going into Spam.
We were fine with Cox emails, now we are angry about the **** we are getting with Yahoo!

Please add the TIME along with the date of ALL messages received e as some of us have to search by time sent as well as date sent.

Frontier Webmail Legacy Theme
Just last week, on January 4, 2025, was the last time I logged in to my Yahoo! Mail see the same Frontier Webmail (...@frontier.com) scarlet red banner with the white "Frontier" legacy logo.
It was fine for over seven years, until I logged in yesterday, January 10, 2025, only to find that the default Yahoo! Mail theme replaced the all white 2018 Frontier logo on solid red banner.
Yahoo! does not even have a proper color wheel under settings anymore to partially correct the Yahoo! theme. Only one dozen dull gradient themes. And no SOLID RED?

Yahoo has got to be the most non client centric company to actually say 'if feedback is to wrong area it will be discarded'. a client centric company would forward it to the appropriate area. there are many problems with the email system not evident in outlook or gmail with gmail being the most secure. double verification is the most annoying thing ever

Search not giving results in SPAM folder
Earlier it was easy to search SPAM folders with any keywords but nowadays it doesn't give any result even when the keyword is correct and it's on the subject line, in email id and inside the body of the email as well. Am I doing something wrong? Check this issue on priority.

add ability to filter incoming mail to be auto-forwarded
auto-forwarding of incoming emails is currently just "all or nothing". It would be very helpful to use your filter tool to identify and autoforward just the filtered incoming email

How Do I Switch from Old Yahoo Mail to New Yahoo Mail?
All the instructions I can find online and on Yahoo Help tell me to just click in the right hand corner of the Yahoo Mail Page where it says: "Try the new Yahoo Mail."
My Yahoo Mail DOES NOT give me that option. I can't find any option on the Yahoo site that will allow me to switch to the new version anywhere.
How can I switch to the new version?

Emails that are opened should no longer be in bold as "unread".
This is less a new idea and really a bug.
1. Open an email
2. Go back to inbox
3. Opened email should no longer be bold as it is "read" not "unread"
4. Requiring manually marking it as read

Criteo Ad Choices and "Report This Ad" Not not stop the repetitive lingerie ads...
For weeks now I have been seeing the same lingerie ads from Cosabella - everytime, I hit "report this ad" > "not appropriate" but it apparently changes nothing. When I go to the Criteo Ad Choices menu at the top, it says, "You're seeing this because you have ad personalization turned off".... but then scrolling down farther shows that it is actually turned ON. I've tried toggling it on and off but nothing ever changes. I need to have my email frequently open at work and these ads on my screen are just not OK.

Stop Making Me Log In To Other Email Account For Verification Code
Even though I have 2 factor log in disabled, every time I log in I have to log in to a second non-Yahoo email account to get a verification code to log into my Yahoo email account. Who thought it was a good idea to make me log into two separate email accounts to check email in one account?

Can I block a certain advertiser form the adds or change the type of advertising I see?
allow users to change ads or categories of adds to meet our needs. Not just what we have been browsing. For example, I had been shopping online for Christmas, now I keep getting adds for those stores, which I will not shop at again until Christmas next year. How about the option to change categories from retail stores to maybe travel, or vehicles. That might entice me to purchase from them.

How do we report scams if there is no email or enquiry form?
What is the email address or mechanism to report scams to Yahoo? I have a screenshot of Yahoo being impersonated with "You have been hacked emails". How to contact Yahoo when reporting scams?
