Please try the following:
1. clear browser cache and cookies
2. disable ad-blocker
3. update browser or make sure you have the latest version
4. try a different browser. -
Strange message
I received this message on my EMail today. We are closing all old versions of your EMail as of today dated Wed. August 18, 2019. **********@yahoo.com. Click to upgrade or risk being deactivated. Is this a hoax? I didn't click. Plus today is Sept. 3rd.
The email is not legit. Please mark it as spam and do not click on the links.

Yahoo randomly logs me out in the middle of sending an email!
This keeps happening! I'm in the process of sending an email and before the sending process completes, it wants me to log in AGAIN, and my email is lost and I have to start all over again. It's not saved in drafts, it's just gone! FIX THIS PROBLEM! Your programming code allows this, so fix it.

I would like a simple email address where i can complain about the way you treat me not having to log in to some forum
I have just had to give you an alternative email address for security purposes when you already have my phone number, this is completely unnecessary and i want to tell you so but there is no email or web form to fill in a complaint, i have to log in to some help forum that doesn't help. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU A SECOND EMAIL ADDRESS ITS TOO NOSY ON YOUR PART, KINDLY STOP THIS NOW.
It’s a good thing to have an alternate email address on the account should something happen to your phone. If you change your number or if you lose your phone you will still be able to sign in to your account using the alternate email address.

Can't delete messages
Deleting messages from the Deleted Items folder no longer works. What a joke. Fix this or I will delete Yahoo Mail from my life (though I assume that won't work either).

I keep getting new email indicators even though I've opened up & read the email. This has been going on since you've "updated" yahoo email. Im seriously thinking of moving all my yahoo email to Gmail & deleting my yahoo email account.

spam lots and lots of email saying undeliverable
am receiving 15-30 emails a day that say undeliverable and have been for 6 months or more. i changed my password and yahoo has not helped

mail pro ads
I have been paying for Mail Pro since the early 2000's. Why do I not receive a message that provides an option to smoothy continue the service when my credit card info is no longer current? Every time I get dropped out I have issues. This time the ads will not go away. This is false advertzing and entrapment since I already paid and you will not refund. I am looking for ways to report this collecting of funds with no option to get a refund when the promised service is not delivered.

The Past years is there is Save Draft Command in Yahoo Mail.

The email does not sound legit. Please make sure you do not click any links especially if they require you to log in. Mark the email as spam.

font is way too small
The font size is WAY TOO SMALL!!! There is no way to change the font size!!! NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM YAHOO!!!
You can change the default size in Mail by following the steps here:

This should keep you from having to set it each time you compose an email.
Also, you can adjust the zoom settings in your web browser. Hold down the CTRL key and press the + key at the same time until the text looks right. You can also hold down CTRL and press the 0 key at the same time to reset the zoom to default.

False customer service numbers on search engines
I didn't know where else to put this so here it is.
Please check the sites listed on search engines when we search for Yahoo customer service phone numbers and want to talk to a real person.
I chose this one, called the number, and they nearly got away with holding my computer ******* for money to "fix" a supposed hack on my computer.
Thank goodness my Mac would not allow their computer access type software to be installed or I would have been suckered into paying a huge amount to "fix" my computer.
Even after 20+ years, I'm embarrassed…Thank you for your report. We have passed this along to the appropriate team.

G mail does clip the email but I didn't know it about Yahoo. Although, it doesn't seem like it's clipping since I can see the entire thing on my phone. You may just need to adjust the zoom settings in your web browser. Hold down the CTRL key and press the + key at the same time until the text looks right. You can also hold down CTRL and press the 0 key at the same time to reset the zoom to default.
