Extremely unfriendly help site. Continuous problems trying to access mail with 2 step verification which doesn't bloody work.
Spent hours trying to access Yahoo mail. Cannot get past the 2 step verification as it does not send a verification code to my android mobile phone. Just about ready to uninstall the whole thing. Days of emails waiting for me to address. Worst thing I ever did was to accept the option of 2 step verification. AND I can't even sign in to post this complaint.

No Scroll Bar
I recently got a chromebook computer. Now, I don't have a scroll bar in yahoo mail so I can scroll down and read my emails. Can anyone help me with this?

blocking ips
I really only use my yahoo email account for times when I need to give an email to access a service or register a product. Most of this is because yahoo has never been as good as gmail for me at reducing spam. I understand you wish to provide some incentive to get people to pay, but it seems like allowing me to manually block an domain name and ip address in terms of emails would help yahoo and me. improve mail
will you please give back the old mail.everytime I delete an e-mail 2or3 disappear. This mail is slower than sh*t,it scrolls haphazardly and takes me all day to delete stuff. Please bring back the old mail. This old mail didn't work before and it doesn't work now.

I have been a (happy) Yahoo mail user for 20 years, then 3 weeks ago, my Yahoo mail went crazy, logging me out of my accounts, making me wait an hour to attempt to sign in again, I have changed passwords so many times. Since I cannot connect to problem reporting...
I had a message in my Spam folder which was not Spam and I marked it as such...and now it seems to have disappeared. It never made it back to my Inbox.

Search emails under "FROM"
I want to search by "from", but without a specific email address. How can I do this
Hi there. If you wish to sort your Inbox by sender, please make sure you have the ''Group by conversation'' option turned off. To check that, click on Settings>More Settings>Viewing email.
Then you can select the ''Sort'' drop down in your inbox then choose ''Sender''. That way your Inbox will be sorted by senders, alphabetically.

Useless Text on my blank email
Of course you only offer PAID help but your App frustrates the **** out of me as somewhere, and i never touched settings or anything, EACH EMAIL SAYS AT BOTTOM "PLEASE SIGN ME IN" and i do not need that stupid text included in my emails BUT NO ONE CAN TELL ME HOW TO ELIMINATE!!!

Trying to let yahoo mail know of issues with their contact us page
I called the 800 number to let them know about issues with freezing of contact us page and the agent there says she's not with the chat department and as I was continuing to describe my issues got disconnected, so can't contact yahoo mail for issues with their email contact page and to ask questions about deleting trash and spam as well as suggestion to add for auto delete sent.

Yahoo Mail look has changed since yesterday (this morning)
I had done much in the last few days in the 'original interface', did much cleanup and reorganization of my folders, sorted through email and organized, deleted very much from past history.
This morning I could see this first thing when I opened Yahoo mail. After a bit went to review and compose me mail. Interface was different (with a dark background) and none of this was available and all email and folders I had organized had disappeared.
I am at a loss. There was so much I was working on and some historical email and information is now gone.…

delete ongoing and unwanted sender in spam folder
how do I block/delete permanently a specific sender in my spam folder. Sender is not legitimate and I DO NOT want junk sent from them. They are the only ones that end up in the spam folder. Please help me get rid of them permanently!!!

POOR SUPPORT
I have had old emails in my account and they just suddenly disappear. Yahoo has done nothing to help me get them back. I have no idea why they disappeared. I am sooooo very unhappy with the quality of yahoo email. I want my old emails back into my inbox!!!!! Emails from years ago have been deleted because I didn't access my account in the last 12 months. I received NO warning for this in my backup email address. Admittedly, it's been many years since I touched my Yahoo email, but I'm extremely disappointed that I couldn't save some precious memories. For people who were using their Yahoo email for business, the consequences could be a lot worse. Do better, Yahoo.
