Make Yahoo contactable in some way for people who aren't from America
I live in Australia and have an issue with my inbox history.
The issue is not described in your help FAQ and your chat-bot sucks and is unhelpful.
If I try another route and select "Contact a Yahoo specialist" from your help page, it does a CAPTCHA test and then throws me back to the same "Contact a Yahoo specialist" page ad infinitum, making it impossible to actually get through to you in this way.
I also tried signing up for the Yahoo-plus support option (which is a ridiculous thing to have to do) but got a message saying it…

pop up ads with audio must be removed
Please remove the audio function on the pop up ads. It is totally disruptive to a work day and an intrusion on work calls to hear this out of the blue. Very unprofessional for a business email to have to deal with this and it's impossible to get the audio muted. This alone would be reason to move my business account to another platform. Please stop advertising this way.

I am not receiving emails which were sent from an address which is not a blocked address
emails from a club are not arriving in my inbox. The sender does not get any notification of this. The sender's address is not in my blocked senders list. I don't see any opportunity to add it to safe senders...

My Yahoo mail account has stopped working because I wont connect with outlook and upload all my data to a microsoft 365 cloud

Sort when UNREAD is selected.
No One can sort when UNREAD is selected. This helps clean up the whole e-mail account so you can sort by sender then delete by groups/sections/pages, rather than pick and choose as you go down a hundred plus emails to clean them up.

Kicks me out when I log in overseas, makes me lose data
Every time I travel, you do two-factor authentication. Fine. But then even when I successfully answer a challenge to my gmail AND my phone, you still insist on making me reset my password, meaning I have to go and change it on every device. Plus all of these hijinks means that emails that I've drafted are neither sent nor saved. The worst part is that I'm doing stuff via yahoo that I could through a gmail account. The Total Storage limit for a personal account for email is 1TB. I just want you to:-
1.) Launch your Cloud Storage.
2.) Let user use their email storage (1TB) not only for email but also for storage on cloud (Don't expand storage or give separate storage)
3.) Integrate with Dropbox, Google Drive and/or One Drive, such smoothly that users on your cloud storage platform can benefit from their support for different file types & protocol.

Too much bad news!
I feel bombarded with negativity and news when I check my email & consider canceling my account because I'm tired of seeing all of the bad, horrible news!!! If I want to bring myself down & look up the news, I will. This is not a news channel that I subscribed to, it's my communication center. Thank you!

outlook connection
Sync yahoo mail to outlook. Many people like myself use outlook for other purposes than mail but need to connect to mail at the same time. Either add back in the 3rd party app passwords or find another way to sync with outlook. You are rapidly making worth the effort to move to gmail which can sync to outlook through a 3rd party app

for lost emails recovery beyond usr control (&7day reporting timeframe) change policy as discussed w/ "SHAD" support team...
Improve communication by sending an approval emails w/ user when changes to email account occur every 7 days (or increased email deletion recovery period on policy due to hacking like issues) to assert user control over changes occurring with and beyond users knowledge (accidental or unknown origin losses) to email account.

How about telling the American people more about what the current setting president is doing for or against the country, instead of the life of the former president. You have 11 different stories on the former president and one on "RNC ‘Soulless Ghouls’ Ripped After Launching ‘Dumbest’ Attack On Biden Yet". Really!!!!! I understand your bias toward the Republican party, but by doing what you are doing is just reenforcing a strong base for them and turning people off to the stories you are putting on the feed.
