    The box to remain signed in should be UNCHECKED by default. Many people do NOT stay signed in and sign in every time. Those who wish to stay signed in can check that box ONCE, then not worry about. It needs to be UNCHECKED by default.

    you keep stopping me from signing in using a fake security ruse. Well, my old account for email verification is closed now. So now i don't have any way to verify.

  6. Why must I wait one hour to log in?

    I been told to wait one hour to log into my Yahoo email on my desktop. I checked my Yahoo mail earlier on my phone! This one hour wait just started last week. I no longer can check my Yahoo email on my phone, and check it later on my computer without waiting an hour to login. This "feature" started last week. A new definition of "convenience!" C'mon, Yahoo--change whatever you did back to the way it was! At least let us know what you have done so we can adjust. And tell your customer service staff what has happened…

    your system is totally upside down, i enter my email to sign in . it wants to verify my email and asks if I want to send a verification code sent to my email address which you have locked because of not knowing my pass code. then it becomes a round robin. you need to fire your programmer.

    I clean my history Hourly. I should not need to verify that I am me just because I wipe my *** immediately after taking a *. You (YAHOO), nor anyone else for that matter, does Not need to know each and every thing about me, as if you are plotting to eliminate me and replace me. In short, *****!

    Due to monthly billing we are incurring unnecessary charges on dual fronts:
    1. Exchange fluctuations; and
    2. Credit Card charges for international transactions.

    Whenever I click on the account info link to change the recovery e-mail address, it throws me into the login window and I cannot access the relevant security page even though I log in. Can you help with this?

  12. At least have a decent customer service that doesn't rely on bots ?

    For whatever reason, I've been having trouble receiving important verification emails from certain addresses. I've deleted any and all filters and blocked addresses to see if that helps but neither have worked. I even went and made a new yahoo mail account to check, but it seems to only be a problem with this one.

    None of help pages have been of any use and the chat bot that's supposed to assist me has only been redirecting me to said help pages. I really wish there was some sort of way to get a support ticket or something that require…

  17. I'd like to find my inbox highlights after closing the message out

    There isn't any setting to find the inbox highlight and return a closed one to the screen. I had many packages this week and am unable to return it to inbox highlights.

    If you are not receiving messages or you notice your emails are going to Trash, the first thing to check would be your filters. Check out https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN15994.html for info on how to check your filters. If you did not set any present filters, you may want to re-secure your account.

    Delivery has failed to the recipient, message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond. I don't understand why email from another domain not able to reach my yahoo email address? Please advise.

    Hello, I've an outstanding balance of $6 aprox. and want to pay but can't enter my card data because there is no country selection for Argentina.
    I can't understand how Yahoo does not have (or it is really hard to find, I could not) an email address to send questions, complaints, etc.
