I got hacked on Instagram and the only way to recover my account is from my ymail account. But it was deleted due to being inactive, & I cannot sign up new ymail account also. Why creating ymail at first if you're going to neglect the old users about it? Please help me to at least sign up a new ymail account
If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated. More info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln2018.html You will not be able to reactivate it or re-create the same email address, however, you can always sign up for a new Yahoo account at mail.yahoo.com. I'm sorry this is not the response you hoped for!

Hi there. I recommend removing/re-adding your account in this email client. If the issue persist after this, try contacting Microsoft support.

Hi there. You can sign out from Yahoo Mail then uncheck the box from ''Stay signed in''. You can also check your browser's settings to see if your credentials are automatically saved.

firefox shuts down
Recently my yahoo mail tab in Firefox has started shutting down automatically when I'm in working in mail.... wether I'm arrowing up/down, moving emails to folders, or downloading attachments.
We have some suggestions that might help. Start with the first step, then see if your problem is resolved before moving on to the next.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Update your browser.
- Restart your computer.
- Make sure that JavaScript is enabled.
- Disable browser enhancements.
- Temporarily disable antivirus, antispyware, and firewall products.
- See if the Yahoo service works from another computer or mobile device.
- Reset your browser to default settings.

I am trying to log on using the Yahoo app on my phone and it shows me the terms and conditions in Italian rather than English. Evidently when I was in Italy it recognized that I was there and gave the Terms and Conditions in Italian, but now that I am back, it won't recognize that I am in the U.S. and give the terms and Conditions in English. Can't recieve email from Binance
I sometimes can receive email from Binance.com but sometimes I can't. Please help!
We have some suggestions that might help. These settings can prevent email from getting to your Inbox:
- Reply-to address - Make sure your reply-to address is blank.
- Blocked address - Check if the sender was blocked by mistake.
- Spam folder - Check your spam folder to see if the email was incorrectly marked.
- Email filters - Check your filters to see if the email could've arrived in another folder.
You can also contact the sender to make sure they have your correct email address.

Cannot use Bcc to send mail!

Spam Filter is not respecting white list (Contacts & Mail Filters)
Spam Filter Errors:
1. The emails coming from any of my contacts MUST come to my Inbox. Even if Yahoo Spam filter patronizingly thinks otherwise.
2. The Filter I apply to route mails to folders should come higher in priority to the Yahoo Spam Filter.I have stuck with Yahoo all these years because I find "Folders" and "Filters" very neat features to organize the mails.
But I am finding it really tedious to do a 100% check of Spam folder everyday. Which by the way defeats the very purpose of the Spam filter. I find about 0.5% of my…

iOS and iPadOS app not working
My YahooMail app on both iPad Pro and iPhone 12 stays on the purple loading screen and doesn’t go to my mailbox. It hangs.
I tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it and changed between wifi and mobile data, and nothing changed. I get notifications on my devices, but can’t access my inbox or the message as the app gets stuck on the purple loading screen.Hi there,

If you've started to receive an endless flow of junk email, you may be the victim of spam bombing. This is a tactic used by bad actors and hackers to distract you from seeing emails that really are important to you.
