  3. mail not sorted newest first altho selected

    Although I choose the sort newest first, Today is not at the top of the list but way down after earlier emails - can't you all do something simple like a sort on date correctly?

  4. replace email address for reset

    Hi!
    I can add an extra e-mail address for e.g. reseting, but i cannot delete or change the current one. My ISP is discontinuing their e-mail service at the beginning of next year, so my current e-mail address here for reset, will not function after that. I would therefore rather replace this address instead of just adding another one. This delete function exists for the telefon/mobil data, why not for e-mail?

  5. My sent emails is removing/deleting much of the content in the email? When I send an email - (it only shows 1st & last line nothing else)

    My sent emails is removing/deleting much of the content in the email? When I send an email - (it only shows 1st & last line nothing else - the middle sentences are deleted/gone). I need to review the content and sometimes use it to send more emails. This makes it much harder to use Yahoo emails.

  6. reply to email blocked by pop up of senders info

    when you put the cursor on the reply button for email, it opens a pop up showing the sender. that's ok, until it doesn't go away and hides the box where you type the reply making you stop typing and then close that box so you can see what your are typing. FIX THIS ******....it shows me that NONE of you that work at Yahoo use Yahoo mail, as this is so aggravating I can't believe you have not fixed it yet.

  9. Unable to send a HELP request to Yahoo

    I had my emails deleted but am unable to send a HELP request to the Yahoo tech support team to remedy the problem. While filling the request form, it will not accept my email as a valid email - hence, the request to YAHOO cannot be processed. The ROGERS support team acknowledges the problem and that others have also had this same problem, but they are unable to assist & that someone from YAHOO needs to address the problem. This then cycles back to the MAIN issue, I am unable to send the request to anyone at YAHOO. So ,,,how…

    I am a transgender man and I created this account under my previous name years ago. I changed my name on my account but yahoo still adresses my under my old name. This needs to be fixed.

  13. Mis-joining of email discussions

    Hello, In my Inbox and the concept of emails combining to simplify email discussions, some of my emails are not combining properly. I have emailed an individual and they have responded. Then my email discussions with another individual are combining with this email compiled listing. Why is this and how can it be fixed? I do not want to get mixed up and email the wrong person.   14. Better protection and delivery of the mails. I am losing some of my emails.

    I am losing some of my emails, they show up in the notifications of my phone, but then when i check them up they aren't there, or in any folder, not even spam. I have lost some important mails so I believe it;s a serious issue.

  15. emails closing for no reason

    Works for the most part, however i have had a recurring issue with my e-mails simply closing up for no reason and without warning. i have to re-click the e-mail i was viewing and this happens nearly every time i use the "new" e-mail.

  17. Unread message counter is correct, folder shows no unread messages

    I in fact have over 10000 unread messages (I know this from my phone and from the mail count in the browser tab) which I want to clean out. However, if I go to my unread messages folder, it shows no unread messages.

  20. Please find a way to get rid of the "unread" email in my email inbox. I've checked extensively and there aren't any.
