    WHY DO I HAVE TO VERIFY THAT IT'S ME, AND WHY DOES NO ONE EVER CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS?

The password for the primary account and sub account are accurate. the Primary account is fine and receiving email. Email for subaccount has not been updated since June and not getting any help from Yahoo or AT&T. What are the steps to correct this issue

  5. Bug with „Filter message” function.

    So, I would like to report a bug. Your „Filter messages” function, does not work as intended. I changed the name of the folder, redirected my emails to the respective folder but the emails keep going into inbox.

  6. I live in Russia and can't receive any help

    I have a problem with email and I can't get any help because I live in Russia and there is no yahoo plus subscription available. I am ready to pay because I like yahoo mail service, but I can't!
    I have a problem receiving emails from at least one company. This company is important to my work. All of the emails from this company went into my Spam folders for some reason, but now I haven't received any emails in Spam since May 2021.     I can't get into my account need to deactivated something link to it I am being bullied on there please help me. I don't have phone number anymore I need help soon as possible to change my password on there so I deactivated on the site I'm being bullied on. I had to login my side account just cry out for help.

    Not getting the emails you expect is frustrating, especially when you are waiting for an important email. Use the steps below to quickly identify the reason behind this and if there’s an issue with your account or the sender’s account that’s preventing the messages from arriving: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/emails-received-yahoo-mail-sln28074.html

    Also, please try clearing your cache and cookies or go to another browser to see if you encounter the same issue.

  15. permanently empty spam folder

    Hi, seems to be not alone in this - have two Yahoo accounts. On one of them Spam folder is always empty, probably everything gets erased automatically? Have not done anything myself. Would like a possibility to review my spam before it gets erased. Rather annoying that all advice which I found by googling leads nowhere... Please, help

    Hi there! By default, both the Trash and Spam folders empty automatically to keep your account tidy. You cannot change the Trash and Spam settings.

    - Trash deletion frequency – Trash is deleted after 7 days.
    - Spam deletion frequency – Spam is deleted after 30 days.

    Hi there! Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly.

    If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.

    Once again, I am completely and totally frustrated by your **** service, Every year I struggle to update my payment - or check on it - and your system sends me in circles. If I was not locked into this email I would leave - this has been going on for YEARS. You have the worst user experience. How do I update my payment? Please email me. I am furious. Lost an hour of my life doing this. You need to improve.

    To see which domain your Yahoo account has, click on your name from the top right corner at http://mail.yahoo.com or open an email from your Inbox and hover over your name. You will see if the domain on your account is yahoo. or http://yahoo.com.

    Yahoo usernames are unique, meaning regardless of the domain, your username stays the same. There cannot be two different accounts, with the same username but different domains.
