Please Change Yahoo’s .com/.ca Domain Policy and Fix the Lack of Accessible Support
I have an old Microsoft account that’s linked to my Yahoo recovery email, but the domain is set to ".com" instead of ".ca." In the past, this wasn’t an issue because emails sent to either domain would arrive at my inbox. However, now emails sent to the ".com" domain bounce back as “mailbox not found.” I never received notice of this policy change, nor was there any guidance or assistance provided for such situations.
This has left me unable to recover my Microsoft account because Yahoo offers no way to forward or redirect recovery emails from the ".com" domain to…Hi there! Sorry for the frustration. filter by reply address
The filters fail on spam when the spammer fools around with the "from" address field to trick the filter by not matching the actual sender address. Instead, the "reply" address is shown.
Here is an example in quotes:
"From: Health Secrets Reply.FvUYdCa@KaZbUjN.goverritoric.com"
We need the "from" filter to also apply to text contained in the "reply" portion of their address. This spammer is flooding my inbox using different prefixes. If I could filter by "goverritoric" it would catch every one, and I could send directly to trash.

Less jumpy scrolling of inbox. Gratitude to the Mail team.
The new mail interface - specifically the scrolling through messages was very jumpy. Always would jump way further down and then I'd have to ladder my way back up. (I am willing to believe this is user error, but anyway it was frustrating.) I guess I voted with my feet- I switched back to the old version. Thank you for allowing this option (even though you may not be thrilled to hear it).Also while I am here I just want to thank you for continuing to offer this email function. Put back quick menu item "Filter messages like this"!!
I can not believe that you removed the quick menu link to filter messages. Instead of one click and pick a folder I have to go through the steps below. Not to mention, the "add new filter button isn't working in either Chrome or Edge at this moment. So I can't even add a filter at all. That was a RIDICULOUS change. annoying security
login..password..5(!) times a catcha picture of code...I thought, why ??? so I activated 2-step-security, maybe then you will accept its me ! But no. Now I have: inlog, password, catcha-pictures (no I'm not a robot) ánd the 2-step security... so bloody annoying for checking email. Even if I am at the same place/ buiding as a few hours before. deleting all my mail
Deleting my emails from decades ago, all the folders I had made, pictures ill never get back because I trusted Yahoo to keep them. ********, at least gmail communicates that type of thing!

Please provide breaks in the mail i.e. using dates
It can be very difficult to keep track of where I left off, as well as overwhelming to see no breaks in between. I prefer the breaks being separated by date like the old yahoo meal broke in between. This made it feel less continuous. The way it is now, it feels endless and easy to lose your spot. The old way, thanks to how it was separated by date, I could very easily find and locate mail at an eyeball's glance. Now it feels more cluttered with too much going on and not any good way to browse through…

MAIL forward in settings is where?
I use MAIL forward or copy to my OTHER main mail acct with my confirm mail acct and want to use it here than forward2-3 times. It is simple server option for accts using mail software to forward all/or filtered incoming to other mail accts

I do not have 2 factor. So stop those evil verification codes. I would like to use stronger language but I will keep it clean. You are making it EXTREMELY difficult for e to get into my emails. Your reasons are full of it. You are doing it just to have us pay for your help. Your HELP page is absolutely useless.

even when I say messages from a certain email are not spam they keep going to my spam folder

contacts
I have my contacts synced to yahoo yet when I go to type a name in half the time it says the contact is not there. I tried creating a contact list and it says they're not there when I know they are and I've used these peoples contacts many times. I tried importing my contacts directly into yahoo but it only accept csv files which my phone does not create anymore, they use a vcf.
