Move the undelete message
I like the idea of the undelete, but must you place it directly over the delete button so I am forced to double click everytime I want to delete a messasge? Please move the little pop-up message over some so I can use it if necessary, but so it does not block the delete button.

Very poor font choice
Very poor font choice.
1. Does not support latin extended. Those characters are shown with a substitute font
2. Difficult to read - the thin font
3. The new messages are shown with thin characters and read ones with bold characters. I find this strange

You may have noticed that we have made some subtle improvements to font sizes, thickness and contrast overall.

I can not find a simple way to contact Yahoo for support in Australia and this forum is my last resort. When I log-in to my Yahoo business email I am prompted to 'update my mailbox' which I have done over and over again for the past couple of months. Several times I have received emails asking me to update even though I have and that I will be signed out on April 15. I can't reach my email on my Gmail app on my phone, it asks me to 'verify my credentials' and according to Yahoo help…

Can't switch back to old format
I tried to switch back using YOUR instructions, but the Settings popup window DOES NOT SHOW THIS OPTION. BRING BACK THE "Switch" option. You people are the WORST at customer experience.
Our Engineers made some changes so that you should now be able to see the “switch back to classic” that is in settings.

While deleting any email
Hello Yahoo Team,
The message e.g. "Message Deleted. Undo" after deleting the email from top bar is hiding the buttons for Move / Delete / Spam.
Please check and adjust.

log out
You've removed the profile area where the log out option was. How do I log out now? Logging out should not be a chore. Put it at the top where it can be easily seen. Stop making things dysfunctional! If I can't log out, I won't log in. Gmail is looking good right now.

Block Feature
In the last version, we were able to just click on the three dots and immediately block all message. Now we have to copy and paste and then go to another tab and block emails. Please fix this!!

remove auto-prompt email suggestions
In the old mail, you could click an "x" to remove an auto-prompt email suggestion. In the new mail, there is no "x" next to an auto-prompted email so there is no way to remove suggestions. Please restore this feature!

Logout
I can't find the logout button. This is bad, and I'm thinking of changing all my email accounts to gmail.
Some of us prefer to logout from one account to another, because it keeps the data integrity should you get hacked, open a virus accidentally, etc. The logout button should not even be buried in the settings menu - but located right on the tool bar next to the settings button, etc.
It seems as though every revision gets more difficult and LESS user friendly.

Typing a new email, letters jump back to the beginning of the email! ??
When I'm typing a new email, all of a sudden the letters I've just typed jump back to the beginning of the first line of the email, even though I may be on the second line! That's new. Make it stop!

Move the feedback icon. It sits right where the "new folder" spot is. I can't make new folders because the feedback icon is in the way

'Give feedback' button should be moved
I wish you would take the 'give feedback' button off of the folder area. It's so annoying that it covers the create new folder button

Images in emails are not loading the last few days - only images in emails from yahoo.
Images in emails have not been loading for the past few days. The images in an email from Yahoo about fantasy baseball loaded, but no other background images load - only the text shows with a vacant box for any image. Clicking view image on the box brings a message that the image is from an insecure source. I have cleared my cache and history and checked setting in both yahoo mail and my browser, but nothing has fixed the problem. The browser shows images in all other settings.

The Sort by sender feature is available. However, to access it you must first disable conversations. To disable conversations, please see the following help article:
