    New received emails, appear fine then suddenly disappear. Not to spam or trash just gone with no record! What is going on?

  4. Problem with missing text in e-mail threads/conversations

    Hi Yahoo! Mail team,

    E-mail threads have missing text at the end and sometimes entire e-mails missing, which is a problem both for me and for the people I forward them to. I encounter this both on my Windows desktop and on the Android app.

    I e-mailed an example attachment to mail.android.feedback@yahooinc.com, as I found no other way to get in touch properly.

    Is this a known issue?
    If yes, are there intentions/actions to fix it?

    Any answer will do for me, as long as it's honest, so I can proceed further based on reality. Let me know if…

    contacts disappeared using Firefox...new contacts will not save.

    Using Edge I can see my contacts.
    Is the problem with Firefox?

  7. 5 years of deleted emails JUST REAPPEARED THIS MORNING WITH EDGE UPDATE

    I AM FURIOUS! I woke up to a new update for Edge this morning. AND OVER 2500 EMAILS I'VE ALREADY DELETED OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS MAGICALLY REAPPEARED. It took me 45 minutes to go through everything again. HOW DARE YOU!!! WHY DO YOU EVEN KEEP MY DELETED EMAILS 5 years? I HATE yahoo. I'm an original user and you used to be so awesome. Now best I can tell - there IS NO SITE ON THE INTERNET AS EVIL AS YOU!

  8. Don't cancel my Yahoo! mail account!!! >8(

    I've had my account for almost 20 years, and now you want to "reorganize" the number of email addresses you have by deleting and consolidating them? Look, I know servers can get full, but if my mailbox is too full, you should send me an email reminding me to delete more old emails from my account. Ok?

  11. I don't want an additional app. I want to use Outlook on my laptop and native email on my Apple phone. stop making me reenter my password

    update your system to allow flexibility. I don't want a new app for my email. i want to use outlook on my laptop and i want to use the native email on my apple phone. i want to add the account to Outlook and the native apple email and have my emails flow into those applications. please fix your system to stop making me reenter passwords and recommend i download your app. i don't want the app

    This morning I checked my Archive folder. What did I see? Messages from the 11th, 12th, and 13th of May. They've been deleted for 3 weeks. I deleted them again, and they went to my Trash folder. Come on!!

  16. My email, after 25 years with yahoo has lost my contacts and won't auto complete when emailing

    looks like paying for plus for decades I go to get help and yahoo makes sure you can't we reached an era of maybe we don't need all this stuff that was for convience that now is worse than ever before, what a waste of money getting nothing in return, some tech support persons monkeying around in the syetm and broke it, judging by many similar complaints and for them, no answers, somewhere in here, is an up-charge for an issue created by them.

  17. Why is it that when I send myself an email from my phone it doesn't show up when I get to my computer? I need to send pictures.

    I want to take pictures on my phone and be able to email them to myself but they never come through once I get to my computer to upload them to another email I need to send to someone.

    There are many times that i try to send an email whith an attached file and then a problem appears. Yahoo can't complete the sending and it says that the message can't be saved to drafts. Also, an exclamation mark appears in the attached file.

  20. Technical Glitch - Continuous Loop on "Account Info" Page

    There is a recurring problem when attempting to access the "Account Info" section on the Yahoo website. Upon clicking the "Account Info" link, the page refreshes itself, which is already frustrating. However, the situation worsens when I am prompted to log in again, and instead of gaining access to the "Account Info" page, I am redirected back to my inbox. This continuous loop has made it virtually impossible for me to access and manage my account information effectively.
