I am unable to contact a specialist via support. I tried doing it with different accont, OS, browsers but nothing wokred.

Fix everything
I'm not sure what to say, but everything is broken. Nothing works. And then it costs money to call support. I managed to get into my account and I will keep the window open long enough to completely phase yahoo out of my life. It's a shame because I used to love this page, and was big into yahoo games back in the day. It's obvious nobody who works here actually uses this website.

attachments disappear
I'm adding to the many other comments you don't seem to have given a s*it about. When I include an attachment in an email and receive a response, I expect that attachment to still be there. BUT IT'S NOT. You've looked at a zillion other complaints on this same subject, said it was "reviewed" then quickly shut down comments. Way to do customer service and way to send this user of over 20 years, over to Google.

Attachments won't download.
For two days now, I can't download attachments from any emails. I click the download icon and nothing happens. I can preview attachments but that's it. I have to forward it to my Gmail and download from there. If I can't access this basic function, I'll be forced to retire my Yahoo.

Verification Code not sending
Apologies for posting a technical issue on this post. I am in Australia, unfortunately, none of your suggested technical contact phone numbers accept calls from my region, your help menu does not offer any assistance to internationals, and contacting a Yahoo specialist does not work from Australia. I did however contact Yahoo headquarters in California, but it just went to message bank. IF you can, please forward through a help line for international technical support. I did contact Yahoo Australia in Sydney, but they are just a media centre, and offer no support for anything.

filter email menu
Why take away the menu item of "filter emails like this", one should be able to easily apply filter in the menu on top, or create "rules" to move email to a certain folder of choice. There was used to be a right-click context menu to create filter or similar rules, now it is completely gone. Are you kidding me?! I saw many questions like this here but the standard answer is to go to "settings" where you have to do a lot of typing and copy and paste. What a nightmare. Yahoo mail will be gone from my list…

I thought I had blocked someone but no. How do I do it? I’d prefer it if the email bounced back to this person so they knew to stop . I have no control over this . I have blocked them on every other device possible .
