  1. what is wrong with the mail, i start typing an e-mail and it inserts words that that I did not type or it puts the curser back at the beginn

    I start typing an email and it puts in words that I am not even typing. I thought it was my computer but I have three computers and it does the same thing on all of them so it is Yahoo mail, not my computer. Please get this fixed as I have been with yahoo for many years and I hate to have to change to another email because of this problem.

  4. Trying to use email is shear agony! Frequent logouts, stuck on cell phone screen etc.

    I am having a very difficult time using my att.net email. I get logged out in minutes even though I say stay logged in fro 2 weeks, I don't have a cell phone so I get caught on the nag screen after password, so I have to play tricks to get around it, it opens multiple windows, none of which work without having to log-in again. This is recent and it is getting worse. I filed multiple complaints, but nothing happens. I do not own a cell phone, and I would not give it out if I did. Give us…

  10. language pre-set based on God knows what

    I hate that language pre-set!!! Really angry with that. :(
    Was trying to register account, had got Terms&Conditions of use in some absolutely strange to me language (it seems it was set based on location) and how do You suggest for me to change it, when I do not understand anything?! Your service was absolutely not accessible to me. One of most stupid decisions to "guess" language without very clear possibility to change it.

    stop restricting my emails~ why must you know ahead of time anyways? some people are dead and forgot to tell the rest of the universe....how come you do not enforce this "just checking up on you" rather than assume everyone's doin just fine?

  16. Issues with using Two Factor Authentication Apps

    I had setup Google Authenticator App with my yahoo mail accounts for two factor authentication. Once I setup the Authenticator app I had sync issues with my two yahoo mail accounts. One in particular would constantly require me to log back in. Moreover I would not see updates to my mail unless I toggled between the two accounts through account manager function. That only worked on a web browser. That function wasn't possible with the Yahoo mail app.

  17. Get rid of first page that says "Page not available"

    Checking mail brings up "Page not available" and beneath that there is a box that says "Go to inbox". Why the extra step? Get rid of that first page and just go straight to the inbox.

  18. Provide better support for free mail

    When Yahoo mail malfunctions, free users get no support from Yahoo, regardless of whether or not there are solutions available on the forum or outside Yahoo. The problem could be one that affects a lot of users, even maybe paid services too, and Yahoo would be ignorant of it since there is no accurate and effective way to make sure Yahoo gets feedback from free users. Please add some way for issues to be escalated to Yahoo even for free users.

  19. web mail opens spam when you want to flag it as such

    on top of the now broken and non-functional spam filtering, your website (yahoo mail) now opens spam when you don't want it, when we're trying to flag it as spam.

    your website is now making it easier for spammers to download hostile content (we can't even get text-only format, html is the non-changeable default) and/or to confirm our addresses.

    yahoo mail is now turning to be a real security risk, an ally to spammers, this after decades of working fine.

    i don't care what your excuses are, it was working before, fix your webmail interface NOW.

    why did you take away all access to my email on my computer email client software, I can only access on line a pain **********
    You did the the same thing to all my SBCGLOBAL addresses two year ago. I want NOTHING to do with having my email in the Yahoo Cloud you can't be trusted
