Cookie updates, no option but to accept!
Seriously, Yahoo you have got this GDPR and cookies very wrong.
1) I should be able to reject a third-party taking and using my information.
2) Having a link to an external website is cheap and nasty!
3) The external links to other websites are in foreign languages, VERY WRONG AND BAD.
4) The external websites do not link to yahoo and rejecting their cookies only affects their websites not yahoo and its email account. SO I cannot reject them taking my information.SO SO BAD!
I assume this only way round this illegal data collection is to close my…

why are emails sending twice
Every time I send an email for the last 2 weeks it sends it a second time . Can you please fix this. I have deleted all cookies and histories and it makes no difference.

Stop blocking emails from ISP Internode (@*******.on.net)
You seem to block emails from a domain name after a certain number of emails have been received to yahoo addresses in a day. Please exempt @*******.on.net from this block. It is a legitimate ISP that has been operating in Australia for nearly 30 years. And it is getting more and more irritating that my mother's emails go randomly astray. This is the kind of 'glitch' that needs to be fixed if you don't want customers to start voting with their feet.

with all fields correctly filled in, your page returns an error:
"Sorry, there was an error on our end. Please try again later."I have unresolved problem with non-deliverable emails started in August.
Emails just disappear.Do something please about that and/or contact me directly for details.

Change your ways
Can't even get on email without a verification message from a phone I havent had in 2 years. But you can't change it off that number. In the age of technology shouldn't have to pay 4.99 for a service I'll never use just got access my email. I'll be switching to google until Yahoo get their **** together.

How about not charging people for hrlp tryin to access an accout they've had for 15 years
I've been trying to gain access to my account I've had for over 15 years and much to my amazement I have to pay a 5 dollar fee to talk to someone what kind of bull is that I have another one I've had for over 5 years l feel free to message me with a response

disposable addresses don't receive email
disposable addresses don't receive email
I've had disposable addresses for over 10 years and now besides many of the already existing issues, I'm not able to receive emails sent to them. If I try to send to them from another address I get:
"554 delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account (*******-basename@yahoo.com) [-9] - mta4390.mail.ne1.yahoo.com"

Third time posting... Random phone attached to my profile. Admin, please READ my details before pasting an incorrect generic reply.
I am getting very frustrated with Yahoo's support - and their insistence of immediately closing tickets so I can't reply and tell them their 'fix' didn't work. This system is so broken...

There is a phone number tied to my email - it is NOT a recovery phone number. It is tied to my profile. It isn't even MY phone number (nor would I have ever posted my number online with the number of security breaches across major sites lately). How do I REMOVE this?
