Actually have a "Contact Us" or "Customer Support" that actually works. I'm desperately trying to get help through the Help Site and nothing works. I need someone to help, FAQ lists do not address my problem. I have been trying to get help and contact Yahoo for months with no result and as such, I've had to resort to using your feedback forum. HELP HELP HELP PLEASE!!!!

Deleting spam
I really don't know how to pose this, Every time I try to delete an item in my spam folder it "bounces" right back to said folder. Would you please fix this so I can delete said spam?

Link preview setting not working when OFF
Yahoo keeps adding annoying previews when I paste links in emails even though Settings > Writing emails > Automatically generate a preview of links is OFF. Please fix this so settings are abided by no matter what.

Yahoo Mail Proxy not properly setting HTTP headers
The Yahoo Mail proxy is not properly setting the 'X Forwarded For IP Address' in the HTTP header. For any web platform that checks that the Client IP Address is equal to the X Forwarded For IP Address as an anti-spoofing measure this will cause issues.
User agent for these requests is:
YahooMailProxy; https://help.yahoo.com/kb/yahoo-mail-proxy-SLN28749.htmlExamples of IP address that X Forwarded For is getting set to:
98.138.219.28 (A-YAHOO-US9)
69.147.93.14 (A-YAHOO-US5)

Which I assume are the Yahoo Mail Proxy servers.It would be great if you could fix this.

date of birth unable to select "I want to use my current email address"
I know i cannot change my DOB due to security reason, but i can sign up by using "Don't want a new Yahoo email address? Click I want to use my current email address at sign-up." as this information is on help page.
However i tried to use this option, but i always warn me "If you want to create a new Yahoo email address, please use the link below."

Your da*n pop-up "Define Smart Name rule" will not stop, covering much of the email contents - CLOSING IT DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE..
GIVE US AN OPTION TO TURN IT OFF - YOUR "HELP" HAS NO USEFUL INFORMATION - AND THE "MORE SETTINGS" HAS NO ABILITY TO TURN IT OFF.
IF WANT TO KEEP THE POS OPTION, MAKE IT A CHOICE AND GIVE ACCURATE "HELPs"
THIS POS "TOOL" SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HAVE BEEN FORCED ONTO US TODAY - 2019.10.14.
GET RID OF IT - OR LET US TURN IT OFF!!

Cell phone verification
So I have phone verification on my other yahoo email that I use for personal use. This one is for marketers. On my personal email, I have the cell phone verification. I went ahead and selected that, but the number I recieved exceeded the number of digits allowed for verification. I took the numbers and used them in various ways, and it didn't work. Please be sure to keep that number within the number of digits allowed. I am not allowed now to enter my mailbox.

I subscribed for the pro version on the android application but I can't use it on my main account in a browser
I subscribed for the pro version on the android application but I can't use it on my main account in a browser, this is NOT ok. The subscription should be related to the account and not to where you are accessing your account, in other words, app, or browser, etc.

The account switcher does not work at all.
I click manage accounts and then click the account I want to switch to and it just goes back to the mail page on the first account. I've tried multiple times and it always does the same thing. Worthless.
