Web Form Submission Error
I have a website that uses a web form to get orders from customers. Customers will complete and submit the form to us. For the past years we were receiving their orders like that with no problems. Now recently any customer whose email address is @yahoo, aol, hotmail so far, will submit their orders but we do not receive these orders at all. I can't actually contact anyone for help?? My only option is to view FAQs and related articles?
The answers I need are not in the FAQs but there's no option to actually contact anyone. I just get redirected to existing articles! Now I need help getting help!! Brutal. Also the support request from another user with this issue was to reach out via Twitter or on FB. Nope. I don't have social media.

Folders not being cleared
I've added 3 gmail accounts I monitor and why do every mail in the inbox show in the all mail/archive folder too. Also, why do they still up even after I've deleted them, some over 3 years old? When they are deleted they should stay that way.

i added all my mail accounts to be accessable from main account
I added all of my sub mail accounts to the main yesterday in chrome browser today im in Edge and its asking me to add each account in ..this should not be browser or even machine specific ...t should be account specific I should be allowed to access all my mail accounts from my main anywhere on the planet no mater what device I use.

Lack of professional tech service, I am not a robot
Surely you should have someone you can contact by phone after spending hours trying to fix an email problem. Especially when written help instructions that do not work. A call for assistance should not require you joining a program with monthly charges.

There is no way to contact yahoo with issues unless you pay. Kinda BS
My email was hacked and i am getting over 100 emails every 10 minutes and there is NO WAY to contact anyone. I sent an email but with over 1200 emails every flippin hour, there is no way I am going to see if they even by chance write me back. This has been my email for 10 years and all my business contacts, bank accounts, store loyalty accounts, doctors, EVERYTHING is linked to it!!! If I do have to switch emails, you bet Im not sticking to yahoo. I shouldnt have to pay for support. Every one else has…

Yahoo Help site
The Yahoo Help site is extremely limited in scope and unhelpful. I cannot find what i am looking for by any stretch of the imagination. Then "Contact Us" is a circular battle that puts me back to the very unhelpful Help site. How do i get the help i'm looking for and, failing that, how do i contact Yahoo?

Yahoo: stop reading and commenting on emails from vendors
Since the "New Mail" version of Yahoo Mail was forced on me, when I open advertising emails from vendors I've done business with, Yahoo now comments on the sales being offered in the email.
This is totally inappropriate. Yahoo should not be reading my emails, and least of all commenting on them! I do not consent to Yahoo engaging with my email messages!

unread email count is incorrect
There needs to be a way to remove "ghost" emails.
- My inbox shows an unread email count of 1
- I click the "unread" folder - nothing is displayed.
- The number of unread emails remains at 1
I cannot receive emails locally because of a count mismatch.If I was able to clear the counter or if I had an obvious way to request assistance to do this then I could clear the problem myself rather than spending hours trying to work out the best way to ask for help.

Getting fake virus link when clicking on Yahoo home page on the Mail link.
When I just signed into Yahoo and clicked on Mail link on the Yahoo Home Page so I could check my mail. I was instead redirected to a fake virus page telling me I had a virus on my iMac. I mean really clean up your **** Yahoo Home Page. As usual the idiots at Yahoo bring you a virus ridden home page.

you have succeeded in making my business email account inaccessable AGAIN!
With the update today 5/7/2019 I am no longer able to find my business email address. THIS is the address that I PAY for! This is probably the 5th time in the last 18 months that this has happened. I haven't moved my hosting and email prior to this, but this is the last straw.
I was signed into my business account and switched to the tab in Firefox where I was working. When I clicked on a message to read it, the page refreshed and instead of being able to switch from my personal to my business account, only…

Missing Contacts. Whenever I save the contact I need, it disappears again and again.

Yahoo Mail Doesn’t Work on iOS 13
The Mail App does not work on iOS 13. Period. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. Restarting your phone does not help. Clearing cache does not help. Customer Service does not help from Yahoo and from Apple.
