  1. switch between multiple accounts fails

    Account switching does not seem to be working and manage accounts also fails. If logged in, it returns me to the current email account. if I go to manage/add account, it takes the new info and returns me to my active account and not the new on. Looks like someone made a change and did not test it completely

  4. Yahoo Mail Apple iPhone installation BUG after IOS 12.2

    I have just spent about 2 hours total on the phone with Applie Support. Since I downloaded Apple IOS 12.2 to my iPhone 7, I had a problem with my email accounts and, in an effort to correct it, the Apple tech and I deleted the Yahoo account and tried to reinstall it on my phone. The reinstall process does not work. I do all the steps but it sends me into my Yahoo webmail account rather than creating an account on my phone.   5. the yahoo mail app keeps severely glitching on my s8+ and it keeps getting worse

    My idea is that you revamp and update this app or something because although it still works it frequently kicks me out immediately forcing me to restart or kicks me out of a half written email on my phone-which sometimes it doesn't save for me. The app is moving slowly and "tweaking" out. Every time it freezes for a few long seconds when i do a "trash selected emails", It is having a harder and harder time loading initially and has a lag.   6. Are Verizon's backups consistently failing? Is that why filed inbox email is returned to my inbox the next day or a week later?

    Are Verizon's backups failing consistently? Is that why when I file inbox email to folders, the next day the same emails from the day before are returned? Are Verizon's Yahoo storage servers failing? Can Verizon fix their technology, so that email servers function as they are supposed to? I have not counted precisely, but so far it seems about 500-600 emails from the last week (to August 19) have been returned to my inbox. That is 9 days' worth of emails.   7. How about an ACTUAL “Contact Us” link...!!????

    Provide an actual link to customer support/service that doesn’t take me the better part of three hours of scrolling thru every detail of minutiae in the so-called Help section.
    I have a real problem, which is not addressed in any part of that section. Annoyed, very!!

    Im wondering why does my profile pic is different when i go to the app or internet itself, to when i manage my account? It doesnt matter how much i tried to change it but it doesnt do anything

  11. You need customer support for technical assistance with handling emails. I have a question that doesn't appear in any FAQ's.

    There is NO WAY to get an answer for a technical support question if it doesn't happen to appear in your small handful of FAQ's. You NEED a live person chat or voice-in-person call option to serve your customers. Perhaps there's a reason Yahoo is failing as a forum... What a shameful lack of service... Tsk, tsk!!!!

  14. CAN'T ACCESS YAHOO DISPOSABLE EMAILS in Windows 10 (8/17/2019)

    Just switched to Windows 10.

    CAN'T access "DISPOSABLE EMAIL ADDRESS EMAILS".

    Apparently Yahoo is aware and is doing diddly about it !!!

    I tried logging into yahoo email as one of my disposable accounts, and it wouldn't recognize it.

    Already spent 4-5 cumulative hours hunting the inet for fixes/backdoors, but found nothing.

    Anyone have a fix??? Please!

  15. Locked out of account

    I recently tried to login to an old yahoo account. I remembered the password, first try. Asked me to verify with an outside email address that had been closed. Locked out of account. I called support, and was told I could only unlock it by PAYING for YAHOO PRO on this old junk account. This is an absolute scam and honestly a load of ******** I could not be more enraged with the customer service, and yahoo itself as a company. Get back to me and unlock my account, ASAP.

  19. Link preview does not work properly and they have no way of being deleted when they appear

    PLEASE RETURN US TO THE OLD MAIL THIS ONE IS SO HORRIBLE AWFUL AND INEPT.
    The link preview wont turn off, even if you have it off in the settings it still shows up and there is no x to delete it. Worse it cycles and reloads and makes mail even slower and pushes the cpu.
    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THIS MAIL IS AWFUL SO MANY BUGS IT SHOULD NEVER HAD BEEN RELEASED. PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL OF US SCREAMING AT YOU TO CHANGE US BACK.

  20. Drafts not saving or showing up, yet another function failure in the new mail hot mess

    The new mail is a huge buggy mess. The drafts are not saving or showing up in mail. Do not tell me to clear browser or cache that is ****. The mail client does not function properly. There are so many real and troublesome problems with it that should have been beta tested before roll out. The fact the majority of Yahoo users HATE the new mail shows the total disregard for the client base. Yahoo and Verizon need to rethink this mail program and return us back to the old one that worked great. This one is a stinky…
