  1. Problem with file access

    In Yahoo groups, when I try to open a document in the Files section, there is an error message which says that xa.yimg.com has a security certificate that expired in January 2019 so my browser, Firefox, won't allow me to view the file. Can you update your xa.yimg.com certificate please? Thanks.

  4. Please do not add '8' after Country Code +7 (Russia)

    Hi, when trying to make 2fa with mobile number for Russian mobile phone system adds extra "8" and thus riun the attempt to make 2fa. For example +7 *** *** xx xx is right, but system adds extra "8" so the phone number start looking wrong like +7 8 *** *** xx xx

  5. Allow people to reach out for help

    A really good idea for Yahoo would be to have some sort of way for people to reach out for help when errors are occurring. Instead of just directing them to your FAQ and a forum that doesn't offer any support, you could make sure your users are able to contact you if their issues aren't on the FAQ. I googled your customer care number and of course got an "all circuits are busy" recording after trying a few times today.... I'm sure there are times when people are able to get through... My issue is not on your FAQ.…

  6. cannot access spam folder from phone

    My spam folder is grayed out on my phone and I cannot move messages into it. I have my iphone connected to a gmail account and two work exchange accounts, in addition to my yahoo account. Only for my yahoo account do i have this issue.

    Also, all of yahoo's support infrastructure is useless. It would have been a better use of time and money to just show a picture of kittens, and say yahoo does not support any of its products, but look at these kittens, and maybe your feelings of frustration will go away.

  8. BUG in PDF preview, renders text incorrectly

    Okay I tripped directly over this one. I was reading a PDF document in the preview pane of Yahoo Mail and it looked like it was riddled with typos. It turns out that this is just a flaw in the PDF preview; when I download the document and view it in Adobe Acrobat it looks just fine, but in preview it is rendered incorrectly.

    Specific problem is that "ligatures" are not being displayed -- the letter groups "ti", "ff", and "tt" are all omitted, so "Transportation" became "Transportaon", "better" became "beer" (ha!), and "different" became "dierent".

  11. email problem

    I recently set up an email account for Pro0Mobile Ltd. The address is ****************@yahoo.com. When I send a test email to this address I get a " failure to Deliver" notice stating that the above address does not exist. This notice contains a link that is an email address, yahoo@product.comunications.Yahoo.com. When I click on this link it opens a compose window addressed to that address. I proceed to compose a message describing my dilemma and hit send. Minutes later I receive a "Failure to deliver" notice claiming that that address does not exist. Both of these messages have

  12. Forwarded emails randomly end up in my deleted folder

    Emails I forward seem to randomly end up in my deleted folder and when I go to place them in a folder there is no option to put them back in the sent folder. I checked on emails that have a forwarded arrow next to them and the forwarded emails no longer exist. Can you fix this please?

    I used to be able to type into any web browser, mail.yahoo.com and I would be directed to a log in page for my email. Now, I have to click 5 things to get to a log in page. Why must it be harder for your customers to log into their accounts?

  16. I can no longer link my Yahoo account to my Yahoo Small Business Account

    I can no longer link my Yahoo account to my Yahoo Small Business Account. This is a major disruption to my work flow and all possibilities of signing in on my phone to my Yahoo Business Account are gone! My business account is NO LONGER MOBILE!

  19. Me again! Tried to contact Yahoo but online chat not available. It's 11.15am (are they all asleep?) Still can't copy pictures onto emails

    Can you post again how to get pictures to copy and paste onto emails. Does it on the screen but then doesn't send them! Ruining my business with my clients. Please just put the old mail system back or at least let us have it until you get the new one working properly. Hate the new mail.

  20. why can't I see emails or my respondent see mine

    I have been corresponding over the weekend with one respondent. We reckon that 50% of our emails have been received by the other. God knows where all the rest went.
    I note that most comments of this kind have not been responded to, and therefore can't expect a reply to this one. But I'm abandoning yahoo mail for the moment as it's too unreliable.
