  1. Can't delete messages

    Deleting messages from the Deleted Items folder no longer works. What a joke. Fix this or I will delete Yahoo Mail from my life (though I assume that won't work either).

    Thank you for reaching out. First, please try clearing your cookies, cache and history: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln27197.html

    After that, use a desktop computer/laptop and go to mail.yahoo.com on a preferred browser and follow these steps:

    1. Click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon..
    2. Click More Settings.
    3. Click Mailboxes.
    4. Select the account you’d like to disconnect.
    5. Click Remove mailbox.
    6. Click Remove mailbox again to confirm.
    7. Click Save.

  3. Go back to the old contact list format

    It is not clear how to edit old contacts or add new contacts to lists. The old way also allowed you to look up a contact and see which lists they are on. I also can't figure out how to alphabetize lists by first name or last and sometimes the lists appear to be in random order. It was fine before, now it is maddening. Heads should roll!!!

  4. new mail indicator

    I keep getting new email indicators even though I've opened up & read the email. This has been going on since you've "updated" yahoo email. Im seriously thinking of moving all my yahoo email to Gmail & deleting my yahoo email account.

  5. Mail pro unavailable in Serbia

    I cannot choose Serbia under countries to set payments for Mail Pro.

    Thank you for contacting us. Please sign in to Yahoo Mail using a desktop computer and going to mail.yahoo.com on a preferred browser. Go to “Settings” → “More Settings” and in the left side of the page, if available, you should see “Yahoo Mail Pro” just behind “Social accounts” feature and you can try it for free.

  6. spam lots and lots of email saying undeliverable

    am receiving 15-30 emails a day that say undeliverable and have been for 6 months or more. i changed my password and yahoo has not helped

    When a sent email is rejected by an email provider, an automated Failed Delivery notification is sent to the email address included in the “From” field of the original message. If you didn’t originate the email that prompted the notice, then someone else put your email address in the “From” field of their outgoing email.

    This act is known as “email spoofing” and is often used by spammers to disguise their identity so that their recipients are more likely to open their email. While it’s not possible to prevent someone from email spoofing, it only means they know or guessed your email address and don’t necessarily have access to your account.

    So, I complain that you are censoring my posts yesterday and today i get a call from Haji somewhere in Bumfoo, India saying he's from YAHOO and wants to access my computer because my e-mail address is now associated with illegal **** sites. Way to go YAHOO! You really do know how to solve a problem.

  12. I despise the new "contact list". Its very difficult to navigate. Why did you change it? I cannot find old contacts, nor see where to add ne

    Bring back the old style. I can't see how to add a new contact, edit an old one. Nothing is explained. There does not appear to be any tutorial nor a "help" desk to chat with someone. Lousy changes. Really awful.
    I'm 72 and enjoy learning new things, but here, nothing is offered in the way of teaching!

  14. Undo of the last few keystrokes.

    On more than a few occasions, my fat fingers have hit a more than one key at a time, resulting in a "select all" followed by any random alpha key. This effectively replaces my entire draft email with that last solitary key stroke.

    An "undo" of at least a few key strokes would have saved me many an hours work.

    I have received two messages from "Yahoo" telling me to update my accounjt as follows. Is this a hoax? :

    In other to improve the security on our customers' account, We've updated our security maintenance software to the latest version 19.8. Keep your account secured by switching to the newest version of mail service. Kindly click on the link below to protect your email from a virus.

  16. Quit being so stupid and making yahoo email so dumb!

    So now there is no longer the option to attach a url. You have to go back to how it was in the dark ages and copy and paste it into your email and the person you are sending it to has to copy and paste the url into their browser. What did you do hire grade school developers to come up with the mess that this latest "update" has turned yahoo email into. It's a disgrace and horrible.

    In order to add a URL in the mail compose window click on the link icon on the bottom of the screen, next to the “B” (bold).

  17. Desk top notifications won't go off.

  19. Save as a draft

    This is rediculous! I had to rekey my very detailed email 3 times because the system doesn't save drafts automatically ... and, there is no way to manually save a draft. Very poor design!
