cannot delete or empty trash or empty spam
cannot delete or empty trash or empty spam...get error messages
Please clear the browser cache and cookies. if the issues persist try using a different browser.
Please note that you can easily empty the Trash and Spam folders by clicking the small trash can icon that appears once you hover your mouse over the mentioned folders.

OPTION TO CREATE NEW FOLDERS LIKE ON OLD FORMAT
I LIKE THE NEW FORMAT, BUT I WANT MY OPTION BACK TO CREATE NEW FOLDERS..

I must be stupid I can not pull up my emal list. On that NEW Email page. why do you all keep on changing it?

Ctrl + F5
It would be nice to be able to use the Ctrl + F5 to refresh the web page to the Inbox, like it was previously. Thank you.
Try using Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh the mail page

SMART VIEWS
WHEN YOU DELETED SMART VIEWS YOU RUINED THE ONLY THING
THAT MADE YAHOO DESIRABLE YOU NEED TO RESTORE ITFirst please try clearing your cookies cache and history, also you can try using a different browser.
After that, you should be able to see the “Views” section just under “Inbox”, “Unread”, or “Trash” folders. Just click on Show and you will be able to see your photos or documents.

Search doesn't show what folder the results are from
Repose from Yahoo not true just shows Yahoo/undefined. How is that the name of the folder?????????

Rewrites screen
The screen keeps rewriting and not staying where i have the curser. This is very annoying. I wish you would quit harassing me to try this new e-mail I don't see any improvements.

Be able to print an email without the borders
Being able to just print what you want. There was MORE on the old email you could go to. This sucks. That is why I never went to the newer version
Once you click on the Print option in the opened email on the pop-up window you can select the option to print without margins.

spam filter working too well
I have tried about everything to keep emails from a particular mail address from going to spam(not spam buttons, filters, etc), but have been unsuccessful so far. It's getting to the point that I'm going to have to change everything to another email provider. Is there any way I can get specific technical support, not just a forum that tells me what I already know?

why won't yahoo mail memorize my login?
Why won't Yahoo Mail memorize my login (i.e., email address)? It used to, and my password was memorized, too, so logging into Mail was easy. Now, I have to type my email address every time. My password is still memorized, so why isn't my email address/login memorized?
In addition, I don't have a cellphone, so your repeated attempts for me to give you a cellphone number "to secure my account" can't ever be completed. Why doesn't your code acknowledge that there are still a few people who don't have cellphones?

Please allow sign-out from E-mail to sign-out from all Yahoo products. Especially if the "Stay signed-in" box is un-checked.
This is a security flaw that is being overlooked. If you sign into your E-mail account on a shared computer and un-check the "Stay signed-in" box, the user is expects to be fully signed-out when leaving. Unfortunately this is not what happens. If another Yahoo tab is brought-up, one notices that they are still signed-in to the Yahoo system. Anyone can then bring-up the previous users E-mail without a password. Please close this security loophole.
Monitoring your recent login activity can help you find out if your account has been accessed by unauthorized users. Be aware that there are some legitimate reasons why your history can show unfamiliar locations, such as your mobile device detecting the wrong location or Internet provider using a proxy server: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2073.html

yahoo is bullying its users
When I enter my address and Yahoo is insisting that I give them my phone number I call that bullying. I don't want to give them my phone number. I have just tried to get in and there was no cancel button. Bully, Bully Bully. I came out and went it again and it was okay.
