Calendar format is disappointing.
The garish monthly view with abbreviated titles is a step backward. Now calendar is just like others available anywhere online. The monthly grid view was perfect, with weeks of stuff I needed to know on my laptop without anything shortened. Now we have to click on everything to open everything. I relied on flags to get my attention. Now flags don't show until the title is opened. I'm still disappointed daily. I suppose everthing must bow to how things appear on a phone app.

SPAM calendar invite
I keep getting spam in the form of calendar invites, but can find now way to mark / report as spam. There should be a function - similar to spam email - to mark and block these senders.

Yahoo Calendar as of 2024 Sep 14th, isn't sending updates to status for "Meeting Invitations" received from Outlook-or-Google Calenders!
It's Saturday, 2024 Sep 14th as I write this. I just spent half-a-day trying to send "Meeting Invitations" from Outlook Calendar, and from Google Calendar, to Yahoo. Yahoo Mail and Calendar can receive the event, BUT the meeting organiser never gets a status-update about the Yahoo user's "Yes", "Maybe", or "No" in the "Meeting Organiser's" electronic calendar.
What happens is an email is received from the Yahoo invitee's Yahoo Calendar, BUT the status never updates in the "Meeting Organiser's" Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar event!
Yahoo needs to check the ".ics" file transmitted from Yahoo Calendar as an RSVP reply,…

Calendar - Support recovering lost Appointments
Please prioritize the ability to recover deleted calendar items/appointments. Calendar appointments should be recoverable similarly to how lost/deleted emails are supported and able to be recovered. Thank you!

All task names are cut down to less than 20 characters.

US Holidays option needs fixing.
For Yahoo Calendar: I have US Holidays turned on. For Nov 24, 2023 the following holidays are listed: Banks may be closed; Civil Servants Holiday; Lincoln's Birthday; Public Holiday; Indian Heritage Day; Civil Servants Holiday (again); Civil Servants Holiday (trice!!). Can someone please put a STOP to this travesty? Does anyone check for this?

Yahoo calendar on Outlook desktop client
It would be great if there is a consistent way to have a 2-way sync of Yahoo calendar within my outlook desktop client. I have chatted with couple of yahoo support reps and they have indicated it is not possible.

Calendar entry type reverts to General when the entry is edited
When an entry in Calendar is edited, the type (e.g., Anniversary, Birthday, Vacation, etc.) that was assigned to that entry disappears and reverts to General, forcing a user to go back and edit the entry a second time to add the originally assigned type back onto the entry. This problem began occurring fairly recently.

Make Holidays more selective
I have US Holidays selected. The problem is it includes every holiday imaginable. I just want the main holidays - Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, etc.. I don't want all these other holidays cluttering up my calendar - Huey P. Long Day, Barak Obama Day, etc.. I also don't need Jewish or Muslim holidays. Nothing against these religions, but they aren't my religion and don't affect my life in any way. Why not show a list of individual holidays instead of country holidays in the settings and let me select the ones to add to my calendar?

Put calendar icon back to where a person can add it to the taskbar.
Used to be able to have an icon for my calendar, but now I have to go to my mail and then click on the calendar icon. Don't like this!!!!!

It would be great to have different colors for items on the calendar.
In the calendar it would be great to be able to add different colors to items on the calendar. I had this option in a work account and it was awesome.

Calendar Reminder Emails not working most of the time - please fix!

calendar full day event spanning two days
Why when creating an all day event it is automatically forcing it to TWO days. A birthday or all day event should be from 12AM to 11:59PM 12AM-12AM. My older events are that way but NEW events as of 11/29/2022 are spanning 11/29 to 11/30 that is NOT correct.

Yahoo Notes
It would be great if the Yahoo Notes could have an Undo/Redo button or the possibility to see the previous version of drafts.
I have lost a note that I have worked for one month, and would definitely use this more frequently if it would be safer.

Calendar is wrong
Calender is still showing Istanbul as GMT+2. However, it is GMT+3 for the last several years. Calender does not get updated as well.
