Deleting my emails from decades ago, all the folders I had made, pictures ill never get back because I trusted Yahoo to keep them. ********, at least gmail communicates that type of thing!

MIssing mail from my e- mails
All of a sudden, I'm loosing a lot of mail; I found a "new" Unread folder. There are a lot of my e-mails missing in this folder. Why did you do this without informing me? I am missing payments to my vendors; I am missing information I require and requested. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you.

All emails lost when arranging files under a subgroup
I organised files of saved messages in my side bar (all in Web mail version). ALL the files and contents that I rearranged have disappeared. I have put in a recovery request to the day before I did this and I am praying they get recovered but not holding my breath. This may be a glitch that needs ironing out. it was a simple action that I would not have expected to result in the loss of so much information

Have email restore to a set point
Somehow most of my inbox was moved to the Sent folder.
Now my Inbox and Sent folders are combined with no way of sorting them.
Yahoo eMail needs better backup restore options. Try to set an automatic backup or restore point for mail so all the folders can be restored to their status a few days ago at the last set point. -

Retention of Sent Email
I use an email client because I don't want email sitting on yahoo's servers. I would like a setting that turns off retention of sent email in the sent email folder. I do not like logging into the web interface and then having to manually clean out the sent email folder. Most intelligent people use an email client because they do not want their email traffic retained on a third party server. If you show the number of messages in the spam folder as in Inbox, nothing will be missed.

Not Spam Optiton Not working
The Yahoo 'Not SPAM' option is defective and is not working. I have tried to deselect different emails from different legitimate senders and the Yahoo SPAM filter moves them right back to JUNK or SPAM. I can see there are several people with the same issue but the system does not allow me to select critical on these items so I have created a a new entry. Please fix this

Yahoo and all the big data companies are becoming awful, they deleted important documentation. It's better to look for an alternative mailing service. I hate yahoo so much for sharing my data, even worse for not sending my mail when it was important, I wouldn't receive important mail ether. When we select a message and apply "Filter message like this" , all messages of the same sender / subject needs to be displayed. What action is to be done the user has to decide.

Limited sorting choices for both the starred and unread folders
I have an idea regarding how you can resolve your current limited sorting choices for both the starred and unread folders, which are currently Date: Newest on top, Date: Oldest on top, Attachments, and Relevance. Add a COPY option for those two folders, to target a different folder! Doing this would allow you to COPY all emails from either the starred or unread folders to a different target folder (other than starred or unread), which would then have the ADDITIONAL sorting choices of Sender and Subject (which are quite useful, especially SENDER)!
