  3. OMG! How CAN'T you improve Yahoo mail is what you should be asking! It is a chaotic mess!

    I just replied to an email and it dragged 7 emails (a thread) with it! In my sent bin I can't decern any order or which email I'm replying to in the thread. It's all over the place! There is no order, rhyme, or reason to it. I had to sift through 9 emails to try to find an email address that I CC'd and never found it! Also STOP SENDING EMAIL TO SPAM from people that I've received mail from and even have in my contacts! YOU ARE THE WORST!

  4. Hey Yahoo, what happened to the "Block Sender" option for unwanted/spam emails?

    Until very recently we had the option of deleting existing unwanted emails and blocking senders of the same email to prevent repetition. Now that option appears to have been removed. Please bring it back!!!!

    Hi there. If you reached the limit of 1000 blocked email addresses, the option won't appear for you. We do recommend using this option for real people sending you emails, not spammers, since spammers are usually using spoofed email addresses. 

  5. Please stop jumping to next email

    Give us a setting that will prevent jumping to the next message if using the down arrow to scross down a message. The scroll bar is so tiny it's hard to grab.

    Due to some recent changes designed to improve the safety of our platforms and member privacy, we’ve made the process to create App Specific Passwords more secure. This can result in some difficulty when trying to set up an ASP from a new device.


    Please ensure that you try creating an app password without using an Incognito browser and use a browser where you have signed into that account in the past, for at least a couple of days. If this is not successful, there may not be a workaround; as we don't know if or when this feature will be available, we encourage you to use Webmail or the Yahoo Mail app to access your email.

  7. Tired proving I am not robot

    Same device, same location, same browser and I still have to prove EVERY SINGLE tIME I AM NOt ROBOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Yahoo makes enough money to have someone at least send a constructive response if not fix the issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Micsoft destroyed the feasibility of my Hotmail acct., I began forwarding saved mail to my Yahoo Acct.,which has now disappeared!?!

    Mirosoft destroyed the feasibility and format of my Hotmail acct., trying to force people to pay for the "upgrade" I began forwarding important saved mail to my Yahoo Acct., to make Yahoo my new primary email account, but all my forwarded mail has now disappeared!?!! I didn't "delete it" so WHY?

  9. Why for crying out loud do I have to come up with a new password on a regular base? I am running out of ideas!

    Constantly I have to give/get a new password? It's annoying. You just want to force people into this "verifying" thing so you can sent a code. NO! I need to have A SECOND EMAIL account to sent this code to....or give you my cellphone number. WE HAVE A LANDLINE!!!!! So.. NO WHAT???

  10. Excess charges

    Came to yahoo help for calendar. They advosed there would be a $1 charge, fully refundable. Now I see they are trying to charge my credit card $55.00. I'm paying yahoo $5.00 per month. I should think that some level of tech support would be included for that charge.

  11. When I type the password+enter I am blocked and get the message: We are unable to process your request at this time please try in one hour!

    How can I (or you..) cancel this blockade ?!!! My email is: **@yahoo.com. It is very important, otherwise I will have to leave Yahoo.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  12. why do I have to keep signing in on my phone when I try to sign in on my laptop, its really annoying, as well as writing this!

    Stop me having to sign in twice.....sorry 3 times now as you have to resign in to post thses posts. Seems like someone is bored and wants attention from frustrated customers

  13. Be more like Google

    Don't delete my emails or anything else of mine just because you feel like it. Because you felt the need to go in and delete all my stuff, I now no longer have very vital emails that I needed. You should be more like Google, AKA don't suck. Because you do suck, so so much. I'm honestly surprised you are still up and running, because you are garbage and have been for over a decade.

  15. "Please, try again in one hour"

    I use this account for my business. Very often, when I want to log in, it tells me: "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in 1 hour" Meanwhile my business partner is waiting for me to reply, or connect to a video call and the link is in my inbox. Very annoying.

  16. Be able to change default email address on yahoo mail

    They should update yahoo email website and app to be able change default email address without the need of making another for people that still want to keep using the same account for yahoo mail.

  18. Autosave contacts not working

    I wrote an email to a person who is not saved in my address book. The address can be seen in Sent but is not saved. When I try to send a message to the same person again, the address is not filled in automatically. If I try to use the advanced search option and here I look for the address of that person, it does not exist, although the email sent in Sent is visible.
