mail pro
I do pay for mail pro and suddenly a few days ago stopped receiving emails at '*****@***.com' but I do receive emails at ********@yahoo.com which normally should be connected.
It impossible to contact customer care and when I did, the answer was "we can't help you for this account because you sign in as i.klaroudas!!

Don't do what you did to me
How come my mailbox and all folders are all empty and refuse to accept e-mail? Indeed, I haven't used it for more than a year - since my wife passed away:-(

Lost Email
You need a contact line. I have tried to restore emails which seemed to a have all of a sudden disappeared and gives me an error message.
Have tried to email yahoo, with no response.
Why don't you at least have a chat line?

Mail I put into folders is now also showing up also in my regular mail roster
I "took the bait" today and updated to a new version of Yahoo mail (or mail pro). All mail that I put into folders earlier today is now ALSO still showing up in my regular mail roster.

Why is yahoo such a terrrible email provider?
I hate yahoo!! I just want to access an email I created 14 years ago, but to do so I have to get a code sent to a different email I made 14 years ago and they wont even tell me what that email is! They make this so difficult especially when they want me to pay this ridiculous company money. I hate Yahoo with a burning rage.

verifying phone
on signing in it asks me to verify my number. I get the number sent to my phone and enter what arrives and each time it says oops something went wrong. Why have this feature if it doesnt even work. Very frustrating

2nd email account DISAPPEARED!!!!!!!!
I created a second email account and within 1 HOUR it disappeared - WHILE I WAS LOGGED IN! The username is no longer recognised so I can't create a help request to find out what happened. ANd - even though you have my mobile numebr - there's been no text either. REALLY ****** SERVICE

is it impossible to update my profile phone number!? the representative in india said it would cost $150. of course we need our current phone number to receive comfirmation codes to even log-in!!

email not sending - from both phone and desktop
I have been trying to send emails for two days now and they do not leave the draft or outbox. And they don't bounce back. I send from another provider and it works fine. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my iphone, still does not work. And the emails aren't sending from the desktop either. The troubleshooting page does not help.

“Update” to e-mail forcing me to abandon my yahoo e-mail
I set up a domain over 10 years ago. It somehow got associated to my personal e-mail address. I have since let the domains go and now I cannot access my personal account because I need the information I used to set up the domain to get to it. I am in the process of abandoning everything yahoo. A shame that I’ve been updated out of yahoo.

I sent an incident 29847083 concerning issues on changing video in the articles.
I will be completing a reaction and somehow as I am adding to it I suddenly get gif s added and cannot get rid of them. Please tell me how to stop this or at least reverse it when it happens. I do not use gif's

When willl Yahoo e mail be working correctly? When I try to sign in to e mail I get an error message stating "Application Failed".
When I try to log in to e mail I get the message "Application failed". I am unemployed and looking for work but cannot access my email to get notices or responses. My e mail is a SBC Global address. This happened a couple weeks ago and has currently been like this for the last week. Please help so I can continue my job search.

Why is Email is getting merged/replaced with other senders content???!!!
For the last 2 days I keep getting the content from one email replacing the body of another email from different senders. For example an amail from Amazon has the content from drweil.com in the body of the email. They don’t match. This is crazy and completely unacceptable!!! What is happening ?!!
