  3. stop asking to change password every second day

    I’m very disappointed in Yahoo for making this so painful to users - no matter how many communications I ‘m doing to technical support, they not helpful or tell some nonsense.
    So far new Yahoo is “pain in the neck”!

    1. There is no tutoring for new version
    2. So far the only think what Yahoo is doing “care about our safety” by forcing us change password every second day.
    3. None of specialists can help with even simple think.
    4. Setting is not working. It is just show how part of inbox work, “on the left hand side of the page, you will…

  4. Allow option "NO images"

    I'd like to turn OFF images all the time.

    Image download eats up huge amounts of battery and interfere with my ability to do a quick scan of contents.

    I prefer the old approach - turn on image PER EMAIL, as needed.

    The option in Settings to turn OFF images (radio button) - doesn't work.

  5. I am not getting emails in a timely fashion.

    I address emails multiple times/day. The next day I check and there are emails from the previous day interspersed with emails that were previously read. This has caused several drastic issues with business partners as they email and I do not receive until 24 or more hours later by searching . The emails have the time noted as when they were sent, but not the time rec'd in my inbox.

    Stop linking all the responses in the same email chain. I can't stand this new format. If I want a particular response, I'll open it.

  9. Stop message blocking with error 554

    Yahoo email systems is still blocking emails sent from my gmail account with error 554. Error message is

    "554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons."

    This includes sending email to yahoo.com, att.com, and provide.net. This has been happening for months, and it isn't just me, but has happened to many of my friends who use gmail.

  11. Account Security is not generating third party app password

    I tried to generate app password for outlook desktop several times and it generates only for outlook anroid. Not able to setup outlook desktop. Yahoo wants me to subscribe and pay monthly subscription to resolve their error.

  15. Why do my incoming emails go directly to trash!

    Why is it impossible for me to have my incoming emails (many from senders who have sent me emails for many years) go directly to trash! I have spent many hours and tried many solutions--none worked. My emails still go to trash!

  16. Can't log into Yahoo Mail

    I have been trying to login to Yahoo mail from the homepage for a week with NO success!!!!! I can log in using Apple mail app. What gives? Do you plan on acknowledging this issue and (even better) fixing it? In the past year I have come to despise Yahoo. It is not a quality site, it does not communicate with its users and it does not even try to fix issues. GRRRRRRRR
