    As a Mail Pro subscriber, you should certainly not be seeing ads in your Mail. Could you please try accessing your account from a different browser and verify whether you see ads in your mailbox? Issues like this occasionally point to malware on your browser, often installed as a web browser add-on, extension, or plug-in.

  3. Avatar issues

    The avatar which I added to my account (my logo) does not show up in emails I send to other people. The avatar on my emails is a photo of my initials which I did not add. I want to use my logo in both places but cannot find a way to do it. Please help! :-)

  4. emails on desktop

    I can not get emails on the desktop but they show on my app on my phone. HOW can I fix this...I can not work without current emails. 1 of my emails work fine but the other won't

    We have found that logging out and logging back in has resolved the issue for users experiencing the same issue.

  7. sent emails don't show in sent folder in default sort

    it's not an idea. my sent emails used to show up when I clicked "sent" now i get "NO MAIL". if i click on the sort to oldest first, all emails show up except yesterday's. I can see all of them in the correct order on my iPad, my smart phone, but not on the PC. I'm missing in the reverse sort, oldest first, those after 6:00pm on April 9th. I sent many emails yesterday and this morning, but I get temp error: 15, and clicking for help does absolutely nothing. Yahoo has the worst help system, to be fair,…

  11. Unread message counter is correct, folder shows no unread messages

    I in fact have over 10000 unread messages (I know this from my phone and from the mail count in the browser tab) which I want to clean out. However, if I go to my unread messages folder, it shows no unread messages.

  12. Closing isn't always saved

    In settings, I use the closing method... but when I change the message (daily) I use three different accounts... two of which use the same message, the third is different... I change the color to same on all three... I copy the message from the first and, using "select all", I paste the same message in the second account... sometimes the changes take and sometimes not... any idease?

  13. Calendar is broken yet again, and no way to contact yahoo about it.

  14. Calendar Will not save new entries

    Fix the darn Calendar!! It regularly glitches out and I cannot edit entries or save new ones. It will be out for a whole day or two. If you cannot fix it I will have to just use gmail like a normal person.

  16. Password problem.

    Every time I try to sign in, it makes me change my password. I have to go to "forgot my password" and wait for a text with a code. Irritating! Too many hoops to jump through to get help.
