  1. How can I get stuff that I moved from my yahoo mail inbox to another folder to no longer show in the inbox?

    When I move an email from my inbox to another folder it should no longer show in my inbox, but it does. Is there a way to correct this?

    This might be due to the conversation thread being active on the mailbox. Try disabling it by following the steps here: help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail/sln28055.html

  2. Yahoo mail should be unblacklisted from the Internet provider Free.fr. Can't send email to @free.fr users !

    Can't send email to @free.fr users despite the facte they re numerous . We receive failure notice while the addresses are existing.
    Looks like Yahoo Mail is blacklisted...

  5. This email account has been paid for since 2015 and was supposed to be AD FREE, but we were receiving ads constantly. I need this escalated.

    Yahoo has been receiving payments for this account to be ad free but has not delivered ad free emial until TODAY. I wish to speak with someone with authority to discuss the financial implications. Thanks.

  9. Logged into Yahoo Mail after absence. All past messages are gone. Why?

    Logged into Yahoo Mail after an absence. I should have seen thousands of past messages. Found the new Yahoo format and that all my past messages no longer exist. I did not think Yahoo was deleting customer data without regard, but it appears they have.

  18. I know my old email address, but the recovery email is no longer active. How can I get access to my old email address please?

    I know my old Yahoo email address. Id like to start using that again. The recovery email it is asking for is no longer active, it is a Hotmail account that I cancelled years ago. How can I get access to this Yahoo email again please?

    All of the available help options will be on our help pages through the “Contact Us” link on the left: http://help.yahoo.com

    Keep in mind that Yahoo deactivates accounts that haven’t been signed into at least once in the last 12 months. Once the account has been deactivated it’s unlikely you can recover it. You can always sign up for a new Yahoo account, but your old Yahoo ID may not be available for you to use.

  20. "Auto generated card visible only to you" blocks the message block of the email

    When I'm composing an email, an "auto generated card visible only to you" comes up and obscures the email that I'm writing. Please how can I turn this feature off? It's a real hassle.
