I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.
Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

Where are the contacts?
Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.
Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very…

Put back the add contacts from the email.
It takes TOO MUCH TIME TO ADD ADDRESSES NOW.
I have emails going to my trash folder and spam folder that should not be there. -
Contacts should stay on the main mail page.
It's mail. I shouldn't have to open up a new browser tab.

Contacts hard to find, edit, alter, and delete
Since the new changes it has become much more difficult to search and edit or delete a single contact. It would be very helpful if a dropdown menu were available to search by several choices such as ending email address or last name or company. partial name, with the ability to select the item and go to edit.

Option for adding new contacts
Yahoo should provide an option that enables you to tap on the email address of someone sending email, and adding this person to your contact list straight away. At the moment, I have to copy and paste (or write down) the email of the person sending an email, and then going into Contacts and manually add the person.

Contact History
When entering a contact name, the historical email address takes precedence over a correctly edited and saved contact email address. Also, there seems to be no way to delete that historical email address that is no longer wanted and should not be used.

full page contact list
I hate the contact list now being shown on the right side and much prefer the previous full page contact list. Please bring back the full page list or at provide an option to select this version. Also, some of my contacts seem to have "mysteriously" disappeared.

Contacts DO NOT POPULATE the "TO" line when you type the recipients name. The contact folder cannot be found in the new Yahoo Email design. When you click on the Contacts folder on the upper right it takes you completely back to the "Old" format. Clicking on the "TO" on the recipient line does NOT access the address book. What good is a new format for email that does NOT include my contacts. Basically the new format is incomplete and it SUCKS. I don't plan to use it anymore especially since several users have completely lost all of their contacts.…

Donot keep on changing the layout of the email system every month of the year..!!
Do not change the layout of the email system unless you are willing to have Customer Support to assist your members. Need I explain what Customer Support is.

New contact management format - not goodl!
As of 18 July 2019, you changed the way in which users can administer contact details. The new contact management is confusing and the layout does not give a good overview over contacts. Please return to the old format!

by adding a feature that you can review the status of an email by seeing who has received and read certain emails.

i noticed you have changed contact, instead of pop up window, you have side bar display now. But it is totally broken. There is no details, i have notes in my contacts also missing. Do you guys have quality control before changing anything????!!!

Switch back to Classic, contact lists group do not sort alphabetically so ANNOYING.
