1. Yahoo reading external has a problem to fix

   I use Thunderbird to read my email from Yahoo when it is convenient. I have 3 accounts with Yahoo. They use to all work fine reading in the messages. Now my crazyforcountry@yahoo.com account does not work right. When it was reading in my mail, it would freeze in the read process before finishing. Next try would read the same messages and freeze before finishing, so Yahoo messages did not go to the trash. I tried to make a new Thunderbird account, and not use the old one thinking something is wrong with the old account. Making a new account did not work because Yahoo would not accept my username for connecting to my Yahoo mail, so I got nowhere.
   Now I can't get my troubled account to login to Yahoo mail even though I can login to it via Browser.
   Please look into this. I spent much time trying to straighten this out. I don't think it is Thunderbird because my other 2 accounts have no issues login in and read my mail.

   Changing to the new version of yahoo mail, every messages, files, contacts and others that I was kept since 2007 as heart surgery and analyses etc in the files of ksofroniadis@yahoo.gr were vanished... now this is totally empty yahoo.....except this, when I send a mail from this one goes to the mail I sent but in the same time the sent mail arrive to the other mail of mine .."ksofroniades@gmail.com" also and vice versa, when I send from "ksofroniades@gmail.com. goes to the selected mail but goes to ksofroniadis@yahoo.gr also..please tell me how can I regain all the files and clear all this mess and to collect and restore this whole situation. .....
   From what I understand, Yahoo, instead of improving after all these years, has reached the nadir of quality..shame..their chat in response says nonsense..maybe instead of A.I. they use technical stupidity

3. My PC has slowed to a crawl with your y-mail constantly accessing the internet while I type.

   Perhaps Yahoo needs to hire coders who know how to code?

4. Stop sexual reference email and fraudulent email account created using my name

   Recently in the last few months, I notice there are a lot of offensive, abusive, sexual related emails sent to my yahoo mail address. I have enjoyed using Yahoo email until it happens. I try to block these addresses as many as I can, however, they keep coming up with the same content but from different email addresses. I wonder if you could check yahoo performance and stop these emails at the servers when they are abusive, inappropriate, sexual references etc.. before they are distributed to customers' address, it is greatly appreciated. While those emails are received in the spam folder, but it is too annoying to see them, block them individually and then delete them. On top of it, I just found out some email accounts are under my name e.g vanessattu, it is fraudulent. I have sent a separate email to complain to Yahoo customer care team with evidence. I hope the product team could find the better way to manage these emails and improve yahoo email performance, I would appreciate it.
