Put the contact lists in regular order
This is not a new complaint, but quite an old one. After the rigmarole to access your contacts, when later you try to access a contact list, they are haphazardly presented in that small field when you try to locate one. Whoever forgot about that gets an F from a computer teacher.

I can't find a way to retrieve my deleted Notes even though it says on my iPhone it is in a Yahoo folder.
I deleted a note on my iPhone in the Notes app.The note has always been in the Yahoo folder on my phone. When i go into yahoo mail, it says I have no notes when I can clearly see I have 34 Notes in the Yahoo folder on my phone. AND I can not contact Yahoo directly!!!

I can not even access my yahoo email. I have 93 current emails and can't even open them!
I can not access my conversations! I have 92 emails that I can not read! This is the biggest mess I've ever seen!!

Everytime I write an email, I have 3 drafts of it in Drafts even though it was sent. Stupid!
Everytime I write an email, I have 3 drafts of it in Drafts even though it was sent. Stupid! I am heading, not stampeding, to Chrome and Google mail. Do something. It doesn't seem logical that IT lets the user solve their problems. They need a reduction in salary or work for free.

In Reply/Reply-all: where is the option to switch to the other (usually in the "To" field on the right)
Previously, there was a "reply to all" or "reply to sender" option in the upper right corner next to the "show/hide CC/BCC" option. This was very useful if you selected "reply" arrow but realized it was more appropriate to send to the entire group, or converseley, if you realied that it should be targeted only to the sender. You could toggle back to either "Reply to Sender" or "Reply to All", meaning you could reply to all other recipients when replying to an email you had initially selected on ly "Reply" for. Now I have to copy the text, delete…

I have only used your shopping on line one time. I will never again. I had to go to chat room and they had to place the order for me.
I have ordered items on line this season (2017) from eleven different companies and their web sites are VERY customer friendly. My personal opinion is......your complete web site for ordering needs to be re-vamped. I will not use again until changes are made. I had to go to chat room and they had to place the order for me. When I would try to correct my order the quanity ordered kept increasing. I don't think I need 7 sets of kitchen knives.
