Single-click OPEN
A single-click is always intend to open my email. I never want it to sort all of my emails by that sender! I do not want it set this way as I would not use this feature often, therefore, it should NOT be the default!

You changed my email format and now I am unable to scroll down to see what I want to read and choose which to delete. You purposely did this to sell me your upgrades for yahoo and I am not buying... Give me back my former settings for my email account.

Autosuggest has stopped working. Why? Others have the same problem , but there is no help.
Give us some help for when autofill / autosuggestion stops working. If I can't fix this I am changing email provider - major hassle.

I want to set the writing ie size, colour & bold, but won't let me set it as permenent.
I want to permanently set the size, colour & text of my writing, but it doesn't 'save' I have to change it every time I send an email. It's very annoying !!!

Search email by date or sender
It is important for me to be able to search mail by date and from sender. Currently this isn't possible like in other email programs.

Can you allow a user to set up subfolders in order to better organize the folders they have created?
I would like to create subfolders by topic so I can organize my folders. I don't know if that option already exists in Yahoo.

Is there an ALL MAIL folder?
Simple question, very difficult to find the answer. is there an ALL MAIL folder to see all emails: sent, received, archived, etc ?? Gmail makes is simple so I don't get why I have to switch to using them for this simple yet useful function.

Last week email were missing from 2012-2022. Today, All sent emails missing except today. PLEASE Restore our mail!

why am I logged on to access mail, but when I go you respond to comments on articles, it says I need to logon, I'm logon?
Your system is showing that I need to logon on to my account to comment, but I am logon, can get to my email, and everything. When I click on the logon button on the comment part of an article, all that happens is that the page refreshes and that is ALL it does.

Yahoo on my phone brings in email from Gmail
I have deleted Yahoo from my phone twice, and have tried to re-add it. When I sign in, it brings in email from Gmail account. How can I get my Yahoo mail to show up in Yahoo on my phone?!

I don't think you can improve it. It is beyond insane! Suddenly I can't move emails into categories I want to keep or view later.
Please just forward ALL the email I get from Yahoo mail to my gmail account where I will be able to organize the emails I get. What you've done is INSANITY!! I'm done with Yahoo mail.

search box
Search box quit working. It keeps saying error occurred. It has been like this for at least a couple of weeks now. I use that a lot, so very upsetting.
