  2. Filters need a mailbox selection so it only works on the correct mailbox. I have 3 and it only works for 1 of them.

  4. Where is the icon to print the email I have open ?????

    There is NO ability to print an open email. We need one !

    The Print icon is along the top of each open message in Yahoo Mail, under the "More" section (the 3 dots). You can also press the "P" key to print an email quickly.

  5. Add customer care phone number and mail on Help Page

    My mail was hacked and Sign in helpers chat support is not working in India. Please add the mail and phone number to your help and support page so that it is visible to everyone. I had to google around to find the mail of a grievance officer.

  6. Bring back allowing us to use the "keep me signed in" feature.

    I have always used the keep me signed in button, not just on yahoo, but all my apps the have the feature. Suddenly, I log in and it doesn't work anymore. Why? Do you honestly think taking that feature away improves security. Your millions of users aren't stupid, they know how to secure their computers, this is kina of an insult. PLEASE, bring it back. I notice of all the comments and complaints on this site, nothing has been changed/implemented. Shame on you!

  10. put the ability to block emal as an option again!

    Suddenly I am unable to block spam mail. Or any email for that matter. I have had a yahoo email address for at least 20 years and this is ridiculous. I think it is time to end this difficult relationship with YAHOO!

    Due to contractual agreements and the nature of your issue, you'll need to contact AT&T for a resolution. When contacting AT&T support, it is very important that you provide your full AT&T email address so that they are able to successfully locate your account in their system.     Hi there. If you're unable to block email addresses, you might have reached the 1000 limit. I recommend removing some of the email addresses from there and start creating filters to send spam to the Spam or Trash folder. You can also mark as Spam unwanted emails so your personal spam filters recognizes them as such.

  14. keep up the good work

    My mail has been much easier to get into lately I just put in the login and password so while there when I was about to give up and just use the phone this is much easier and more pleasant and I want to thank you.

    When this happens, it's very important to mark these emails as "Not Spam" to help our spam filter learn to sort them. Here's how:


    1. Open the Spam folder. If you don't see the "Spam" folder, click More below the "Sent" folder.
    2. Select the email.
    3. Click Not spam to move the message into your inbox, and future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
  16. Unable to send mail to smtp.mail.yahoo.com

    sending mail from a camera fails using smtp.mail.yahoo.com plus full username and passwd, TLS, Port 465??

  19. Cannot use Bcc to send mail!

    I now, only recently, within the last week, cannot use Bcc to send mail via Thunderbird. Ok using webmail, but not anymore via my email client - Thunderbird.
