The folder panel is too narrow. Please add a control to adjust its width.
The names of my custom folders are truncated. It should be possible to display them fully.

I much preferred the old layout. If we really are stuck with this new one, can we have an option to reduce the spacing of the left panel (the one with the folders) back to what it was? They used to fit on a screen without scrolling, now they don't.

When I want to move an email to a folder, the list of folders starts out wide and it gets a little narrower. It should be a constant width, so that I can just keep clicking to see the names of the folders, until I find the folder I want to park my email into.
Formerly, the list display started out at one width AND STAYED at that width as I clicked repeatedly to display a few folders at a time. BUT recently the list display gets narrower below the first few folders … so when I click repeatedly, my pointer ends up to the right of the displayed list, and I have to start over. I tried dragging my pointer down the list, but that goes way too fast, and I have to go up and down and up again, etc., over and over again, to find the folder I want. Please stabilize the width of the folder list display. THANKS! -

All of a sudden, my "folder" names have been truncated, and it's extremely annoying. If it's a space issue, which it doesn't appear to be, why can't I resize the "folder" column?

Dear Team at Yahoo,
I possess respectable credentials (6 university degrees + more...), and also accounts with every other major e-mail provider, but 'Yahoo' is my platform of choice. But in so stating these facts, I must stress that email organization is a very important factor for my livelihood. I meticulously organize my folders [on the left side of the panel(s)], and hence my folder names can be somewhat slightly long. What I am suggesting is that the left side windows for the folders could instead be modified, given an option, by being able to scale its size by simply dragging the mouse button as if it was a scale-able window to the desired size so one could actually view the folder name without having to either click on it or hover the mouse button over it - this so its permanent.
Your team would not believe the grief it brings me considering the fact I can't organize my folders with ease, as, quite simply, I just can't view the names of my folders. And then there is the fact that, dating to several months ago, one can no longer copy and paste Microsoft Word text directly into emails without there showing enlarged spaces in-between paragraphs. The only way around that is by copying the 'Word' text into a 'Word Notepad', and then transferring it to the email; but even then one then has to manually space every paragraph from within the email because no spaces show between paragraphs.
What would be an absolute 'heavensend' would be the ability to place pictures within the main body of the text/email-template too. This to make emails more lively and altogether more professional. I also wanted to congratulate 'Yahoo' for the email graphical templates that is provided too, but the ability to create one's own, or obtain more from a store (or purchase them even) would be A-Class OK & awesome as well.
I would appreciate an email to my account with a link to this suggestion post and confirmation that it has been read. I keep it brief.

Agreed. We should be able to adjust the width of all column, but the far left NEEDS it!

Please expand the folders column (panel ight of messages) which is too narrow (only 5cm wide), and reduce right side panel (that of annoying advertising left of messages) which is too oversized10 cm wide!!!!

The folder names have always been truncated in the classic and new versions of Yahoo mail. Now that the lengths are similar, I'll try the new version. It would still be better if the areas on the screen could be re-sized -- like Outlook mail -- but I understand that's a complicated and expensive thing to do.

Please add movable columns for each section (I want to see the full names of my folders - on the left), the only adjustable column is the messages column - very annoying.

I can't print an article.$%^&(*^&^%$ All of the info on the left takes up so much room, the article is cut in half. Very frustrating. Go back to the "old yahoo".

The folder names have been shortened so cannot read them. Have to move from one to another to see which folder I want. Please expand the number of characters for a folder.

It was myopic to revise the program without the option to change column widths. A moron must have approved that change!

Provide either expandable margin for folders, or more area for folder names. 13 characters are not enough when using folder names for organization tools. Hovering over the name is not helpful. When grabbing a collection of emails to drag into a folder mouse-over does not work, and that method takes too much time.
