I can't block whole domains anymore. I also can't copy an email address in my inbox. Blocking spam just got a lot harder.
I want to be able to block entire domains again. I can't even block an email now without clicking reply or forward and then copying the email address, then opening up the settings and pasting it. Then the spam email gets saved to my drafts!

Yes, we STILL need the Block Domains feature... because I keep getting spam from the same sites... just 20 different email addresses. Uggh.
We also just plain need the BLOCK option from the Spam folder as we have in the 'old mail.' Until/unless this is done, I will simply stick with the 'old mail.' It's incredibly frustrating to me, the lack of Yahoo's attention to this.
We have been asking for the Block function and feature FOR 2 FREAKING YEARS. Sigh.

Where is my option to block unwanted emails and spam? You have taken away my right to block unwanted emails from infecting my mailbox with their slim. I want my right to block this trash from even entering my mailbox. I want my right to block this ****, back. Thank you

Aboslutely agree. In the last few months, I have been getting an overabundance of spam that look like ads. I was able to block domains, though they must create a new domain every other week. At this rate, I'll be through the allowable number of blocked addresses in a month or two. Yahoo either needs to allow the users to block domains or start blocking spam domains at the top level.

Please re-instate the block domains feature which was possible in 'Old Yahoo Mail'

Yet another backwards step with new yahoo mail. Now unable to block a domain. Only able to block the full e-mail address. Worked fine in 'old' Yahoo Mail. Why not in 'new' Yahoo Mail????????

Count me in on this one. It's extremely frustrating to only be able to block spam by address. Then the companies simply create (or already have 8 or 10) new addresses, because they know it easily gets around the spam filters.
And before the new Yahoo Mail, I'd maybe get 4 or 5 a day. Now I get over 100 spam emails/day. Yes really. That's absolutely ridiculous.

I agree with the other users. The block domain function is needed. I have tried to block junk.email.com - gives error about incorrect email address, tried @junk.email.com - also gives error message. Tried *@junk.email.com , that is accepted by the blocker, but then doesn't block the emails. Fix it!! from the help pages and forums this problem has been around for months. I have resorted to using the filter function, but it doesn't let me redirect to Spam, only some user defined folder or Trash.

Absolutely maddening that this feature which every other respectable email provider usually offers - i.e. Gmail -- no longer is available. THIS CRUCIAL for spammers rotate anything preceding "@" for their domains so as to sneak past full email address filters. Years ago I applied for a job at one of Yahoo's branches when part of it was headquartered in Los Angeles. I didn't get the job, but that was in.... the late 90s.
C'mon, Yahoo, your'e one of the founders of the consumer friendly Net, how can THIS simple and important filter NOT be present?PLEASE ADDRESS AND CORRECT THIS. Thank you.

I want to block a domain, not just one email address. The spammer uses many different addresses from the same domain. Why is the domain block feature not working? Yahoo has become increasingly frustrating. I've had my email address for almost 20 years and I don't want to move but I am thinking about it. Please make the domain block feature functional.
