    Make it faster to respond to a click. Add "block" to the e-mail action option.

    Blocking sender is one of the most convenient option, which gripped many aesthetic users to Yahoo Mail. It helped keep the inbox clean. Current Blocking method is cumbersome and absurd.

    There must be an option of blocking senders, when selecting one/many emails. This was one of the coolest feature of Yahoo Mail in its former versions.

    The feature is too good to be done away with.
    Sorry, Team Yahoo, cannot applaud this idea of getting rid of something like that.

    Bring back SIMPLE blocking, and I will come back. The new blocking method is absurd.

    in your old version of yahoo it was easy to block a sender by selecting the email, and then selecting block sender. now I have to go out to settings and key in the email address I want to block.
    guys, you took a step backwards in terms of functionality of your product.

    I see that I'm not the only person frustrated by this change and Yahoo is not doing anything. I would suspect that advertisers threatened to stop supporting Yahoo if they didn't get rid of that button.

    I guess I should remember that this is a free service and I can demand nothing, but I can switch.

    PUT SPAM BLOCK BACK!!!!!!!!!!
    with the previous version we could select spam emails,right click and block addresses. seriously, you make lot of people consider changing the email provider

    Seriously... This was a change that was not needed. Give us the option to block and delete emails from spam again. I don't know why we're even talking about this as it should've been included in the first place!!!

    I want the "block" button in the old version back!!! I want to be able to blocking emails from a certain adress without having to open the email, see who sent it and then go to settings to block the adress. Your new version stinks!!!!

    yes it needs to have a way to block spam addresses not just a way to delete them

    i want to block them ,, so i dont keep getting them same addesses sending me spam every day

    please help

    I would like to block spam. The spam senders change their email addresses slightly each time, so that I have to keep entering in new addresses to block. It should be easier to block spam, and Yahoo should recognize when it's the same sender sending spam and block them automatically-- or at least ask the Yahoo user if it's okay to block said spam senders.

    @ Mark... Go to settings, then to more settings @ the bottom...security and privacy... make sure you have your blocked address copied somewhere b/c it takes you out of the inbox/folder screen you were in & the only way you can get back is through "back to inbox," or click on your folder again (but that's too much work, so that's why they need to change it)

    Is there a way to block email address's in the "NEW" look? I can't seem to find it. It was really easy to use in the old version. I hate spam emails and would love to be able to block them again. That was one of the great things about yahoo was to be able to block those bastages....

    Blocking addresses takes way too many steps (of course, I wouldn't have to block so many addresses if Yahoo did a better job of shutting down spam - I'm getting a ton now because the lag in deleting a message last week accidentally opened one and now I'm theirs). Because it takes me away from the spam folder to go to settings, I have to copy the address into notepad and then type it in when I get to settings. I would appreciate a quicker function button that doesn't take multiple steps nor takes me to a different screen, perhaps in the "..." menu.
