Filters
You used to be able to "filter" emails straight from the body of the email. Now there's not an option for that. Instead you have to open the settings, create a filter, going back and forth to the actual message to create the filter. Bring back the option of "filter emails like this" in the body of the email.

Strongly agree, this change was not helpful to the users at all.

I used to be able to right-click on the message and create a filter. Now I have to go into settings to do this. I like it the old way. Now searching for a way to get back to classic Yahoo so I can do this before it's no longer available.

Please allow me to direct new emails into folders again. For some reason, I can no longer do this with new contacts. It is imperative for me to stay organized, and this is a very important tool to me. Thank you.

with filters being removed from the mail screen, how am I suppose to see/find the criteria that I wanted filter. Basicly yahoo broke filters and should fix it.

A create new filter button should be prominently next to the Move button above the list of e-mails.

The old way of creating filters was very useful as new emails arrive. The new method is completely unworkable. I'm going back to the old version until it's fixed. Wow, just terrible how it's set up.

Someone put something up about filter no longer there for emails and the response was to go into settings, that is not helpful. Before it was so easy if you were in an email you just easily click on the filter and it was done, now you have to go into settings, filter and go back and find all the information from the email you want to be filtered. Why would you change something that was working so well and was easy?

Bring back the option to be able to create a filter in the email screen. Whether it being in the main window were you are viewing the emails or in the message. That was very use full

I absolutely agree.
It would also be nice (I do not remember if you had it before) to create 1 filter that can send to specific folder emails with multiple conditions.
Ex:
From: Bank 1, Bank 2, Bank 3, Credit Union, etc.. To folder: Highly Important -

I do agree, filtering should be more easy. making a ruleset to directly send the email to specific folder should be more easy, there should be an option to make the rule from email itself.

Why bury filters way down 4 levels under an icon no one seems to be able to find? I used the one-click feature ALL THE TIME and now I find it ridiculously difficult. I'm considering switching to Gmail over this one... this is absolutely the worst design change ever.

Nothing like another loss of functionality on a unnecessary redesign. I am not sure why I am still paying Yahoo?!

Please improve filtering options. AS this idea suggests, its ultra difficult and inefficient to filter and its almost a daily task if you want to have your inbox in order.

You dont have intelligent sorting of emails like Gmail does and now you take away the only saving grace in the name of organization. You expect me to go into settings everytime I want to filter an email ? I'm finding it hard to look for reasons to stick with yahoo.

Yes, I did not notice that was gone too. Need that back.
