I hate this new format. Why do you keep stuffing around with it. Everytime I try to get into my emails I have to get my phone to say that its me trying to sign in. Just put it back the way it was.

Before promoting any changes to an existing system, it might be a great idea to educate users of what to look for, and expect in the changes; how the system will improve or be better and easier for the user to utilize.
Question; in the new mail protocol, where are messages classified as spam?
