Leave it alone
you always try to improve your and by doing so, you make it worse. Your Browser has become one of the worse browsers there is. Every page you click on, you're inundated with ads, all sorts of ads that cover most of the page. They just pop up out of nowhere. You can't just read an article on just one page, you have to look at a whole slide show to get the whole story. It really sucks. But obviously, you could care less about what people think about your programs because nothing is ever done about it. You as bad as Firefox which use to be a great browser, but not anymore.

Ok, Yahoo. I've used your email for years. For the mostpart, I like the service. Using Firefox as my browser of choice (because I like it.), the ads in the page cause the frames to resize (this is very annoying when trying to click on a menu function or an email. This also happens when trying to read through a long email; it will refresh and now I'm back at the top of the email when I should be half-way done or more. I'm not sure if this happens in Chrome, IE, or Edge. Next, about the K/Shift-K to mark as read or unread and the d to move emails to another folder. Can we get a right-click menu with those options? It's very much appreciated that the email service I have is free, but it shouldn't be so glitchy.

I don't mind the new format, but there seem to be two bugs in it:
1. Once I compose and send a message and then come back to the list of my e-mails, one of them will be highlighted and I cannot unhighlight it unless I actually click on (any) e-mail in my mailbox and then click anywhere in that e-mail. It's extremely annoying.
2. This one only happens on my macbook pro (Sierra). The newest message at the top of the list does not display. It's just a blank space with the general background colour. If I know there is an e-mail there I have to send myself a fake e-mail to push the one I want down into the "visible" area. Does not happen on my imac at work, both places using Firefox. -

I am not getting more than 13 mails of mails in my Inbox at any time. I have tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge and Firefox) on different PCs also. Same issue continues. The issue started suddenly today (28th Jan 2018).

I am unable to open an attachment that I need. I click on the paper clip and then nothing happens. I tried on Firefox and Chrome and I just cleared my cache and cookies and still nothing.

When you click on the attachment preview box, it always showed a good preview image of the pdf or jpg file. Now there is nothing but a blank gray box in the Preview area. It's very valuable to see the Preview before downloading, or sometimes instead of. We were able to read a whole attachment page within the yahoo mail page. Please fix this as it is definitely not working anymore. The Preview does work in Firefox - but not in Chrome anymore.

This happens often and it's very frustrating to not be able to send an email because the button isn't there.

When using Firefox 57.0.4 (64 bit), the first unopened email listed is blanked out after a few seconds. Until another new email comes in, there is no way to see the first email. Then when a new email comes in, it too is blanked out. This does not happen when using Goggle Chrome.

When receiving an EMail with an attachment from a Hotmail sender, the received EMail (in the Yahoo IE/Chrome/Firefox browser) shows both the WINMAIL.DAT (Microsoft Outlook formatting file) and a blank icon with the appropriate name of the sent attachment (in this case, an Excel .XLSX file). A review of the RFC header shows that the attachment is properly named. When downloading the Excel attachment, the UUDECODE process fails, yielding an UNTITLED file with no extension. This file can be opened IF the user manually launches the creating application (in this case, MSExcel) and overriding the error message relating to the corrupted download.
This process should be seamless. Please address this failure soonest. Thank you!

I like the layout of the Classic Mail because it is easier to use and focus on while reading email. The new mail version is too bulky with the views slot and having Messenger, Contacts, Calendar, and Notepad on the right side of the preview panel for email. The Classic Mail is a simple layout without all the extra panels that are useless and taking up space that can be only be block by Yahoo Wider Mail, Webmail Ad blocker, or Email Ad Suppression extensions on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers. The free version of Yahoo should be ad free and have wider mail panel like the Yahoo Mail Pro that I have to pay for a monthly plan at $3.49 or yearly plan at $34.99. I think customers that are disabled should have Yahoo Pro mail included with their Yahoo account, on all devices and browsers that they used on a daily basis and have priority customer support to solve any issue that we have without trying get help on the Yahoo Help Central page that tells you to contact them by clicking the Contact US link and going through steps and get told to go through the Yahoo Help Community or see product-related help articles to solve your problem without any help from Yahoo. The only way to contact Yahoo Customer Care is by going on Tumbler or Twitter to get help from a Yahoo Customer Care representative if they get back with you to help. Half the time you wait for a Yahoo Customer Care representative to get back with you saying that they cannot help you with your issue or do not get any help at all which leaves you with your issue. Yahoo please leave things alone that are fine and do not need to be updated to cause problems.

I won't be using Yahoo. I have difficulty reading the items in the Favorites Bar and Tabs Bar. There is not enough contrast and font is too small - everything is in gray tones. I'll be going back to Firefox or Chrome where these items are much for comfortable to read.

Searching in Yahoo! Mail doesn't work in Chrome. It gives an error message. Switching to Firefox works.
Chrome owns almost 60% of the browser market. This should be a huge priority for you.
