move trash icon to left, original position

"Delete" option in the old version was much more conveniently located between "search" and "star," than being at the right end of the email message. Thanks.

It is very inconvenient to have it on the far right side of the email. please put it back between the search and the star, between the sender and subject. That way you can see all the relevant information in one eye-full when decided what needs to be deleted. Having to move over to the right doubles the time to get the task done and literally gives me a headache. At the very least, make it an option in the settings and don't shove it down the user's throats like you know better what they want than they do.

The delete icon over to the right doesn't make sense to me. Why "fix" something that isn't broken? Ultimately I'd prefer to keep the format I'm used to...

Please change alignment of "spam" button so it doesn't appear in the exact spot of "delete" after deleting a message. This causes me to accidentally mark the next message as spam if my finger accidentally touches the track pad again. Sometimes I don't even know what message got flagged as spam. It could have been something important, and there is no "undo"button. Please fix this.

Order was much better in the old style, so I am switching back after this feedback... They should be right next to the reply and forward arrows: 1) Delete; 2) Spam; 3) Move; 4) Archive.
TiA!! =)

New Theme pushed around early November moved trash can on line item over to right. This is not user flow friendly. between location and hard to see highlights too much eye movement to delete single items. Major usability backward step.
I saw a similar request closed for input posted more than a month ago. I don't understand why it was closed if just pushed out to my themes Nov. 2018.
Very user unfriendly. Increases chances for errors greatly!
Maybe you could have ability for us to move columns around... like other software. (Commonly done - masks etc...) I understand may have been moved away from star etc... since easy to press wrong one. Maybe move it further to left on other side of check boxes? Assuming it was moved due to other input. If you give us the ability to move around layout you'll never hear me complain again.... :)
This is my line of work - I am quite flexible in using software but this one bugged me enough to find where to communicate request.
Thank you.

Please do not put the undo button over the delete button. It is very annoying to have to click twice to delete an email. If I want to recover an email that I accidentally deleted, all I have to do is move it out of the trash.

I delete most emails as quickly as I read them. Now, a message that tells me the email was deleted (yeah, I know because I deleted it) opens up and remains over the delete icon for a long time. I am ready to delete the next email, but your message is in the way.

The new mail format is fine except that the default Conversion is covering the delete key. If I want to delete something, I want it DELETED not trying to move my curser to under the corner of the conversion button.

The icons/actions (Archive, Move, Delete Selected, Spam, ...) for some reason are in the middle of the mail window. This doesn't make sense, they should be over the list of emails on the left - the same area where the Select All check box is.

Just put the delete bn back with the magnifying glass and star. It's more convenient in that location

Do not like where you now place the trash icon way out there on the right. Do you people spend all your time looking for ways to **** off your users? What dunkhead thought it was a good idea to take the trashcan from a convenient location and place it way over on the right of each mail line? Come on, Yahoo, stop the annoyance. This is the reason you are my 3rd line email choice.

When deleting mail, the trash can icon should be moved back to the left, where it used to be. Also when sorting your mail, you should be able to sort from Z to A. Sorting from A to Z is not sufficient.
