internet explorer 11
Stop forcing me to change to switch from IE (latest version) to Edge. Edge is an immature product.

For the past month, I have suddenly been unable to log in to Yahoo Mail at all when I'm in IE8. I'm using Windows 7. It just keeps looping and going back to the login page, after I successfully log in. I tried every advice Yahoo and other users give about this well-known problem, and nothing works. I wasted hours. It does work on Chrome, but I'm more used to Explorer. Maybe Microsoft is no longer supporting IE8 as much.
It's very frustrating and it makes me think Yahoo isn't paying attention too much anymore to their customers, and I'm paying extra for no ads. There's no way to contact Yahoo for tech support so I just gave on it and am using Chrome for mail.

Resolve your issues with internet explorer and make your new version compatible, or switch us back to the old version. Either one will work.

Let us move the extra junk on our menu for emails where we want it. Constantly hiding the VIEW documents, photos so I can see my folders.

How can you push this new email with all its flaws? Here is my latest list, since I cannot make the old version work: Takes almost three minutes for an email to send, I clocked it; Cannot go from say inbox to sent; sent takes forever to load; when I send a draft the draft is gone but does not always appear in the sent folder; my emails highlight with my touching anything; takes normally 35 to 45 seconds for an email to load.
Now the cruncher: I have accessed my account on two other devices and does the same in explorer or chrome or firefox on those computers. Question, and I want a response please - are you working trying to fix this stuff? To many of people and myself it does not appear that you are or you are dragging your *** getting it done.
Remember, APPEARANCES CAN BE EVERYTHING. -

It is ridiculous to discontinue the compatibility with Internet Explorer.

Updated Firefox to 58.0.1 (64-bit). Email still goes blank after I press "Show Images". I click on the email, and it reappears (with images). It does not go blank again. This behavior is consistent. It happens on every email. It goes blank anywhere from one to twenty seconds after pressing "Show Images."
I'm running on Windows 10, using Yahoo! Mail Pro

The new e-mail is not working. Nothing is working on Internet Explorer and now I get an error message to go to download Chrome or Firefox or go back to old format. E-mail will not work on Firefox and when trying to go back to the old format it says "Engineers are working on the problem." Not happy at all. I've been using Yahoo since before all of the stupid commercials were on the side. Please fix this problem. From reading below, I can see I'm not alone in my opinion.

70% of time, new mail format does not work with Microsoft Edge. Many icons and links don't work or It needs to sit for 30-45 minutes before it is normal. I need to use Internet Explorer. I am going back to the old format

I have exactly the same thing happening, in all the browsers you mention. An annoying problem that is not unique, from what I see.

I noticed when I click to show images within the email, after scrolling through the email, the entire email message in the preview pane disappears. I need to click the email again in the inbox list in order for it to show up in the preview pane. This does not happen every time, but more often than not. If I do not click to show images, everything works fine. This issue occurs in Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome.
