Install a spam folder max threshold variable input available to the user to prevent spam accumulation. That way it prevents thousands of spam emails, and cloud disk space from being used for nothing..

New look but its the same thing, Wish I could get paid for doing nothing. The spam filter dosen't seem to work any better than the old one I still get spam in my in box no matter how many times I mark it spam. Oh, by the way I am not paying anyone for an e-mail address period!!!

Before spam messages had a number so you could remember to go there to delete.
Lots more **** and revolting spam coming in and no way to block or tell Yahoo it is not wanted.
Trying to go back to old email makes emailing quirking and does not copy like old did. -

Yahoo! Why does your spam filter suck? I signed in recently after not for a long time and now I am getting ridiculous spam. As if being hacked wasn't enough, now this.

Add an effective spam filter. There currently is none. The old version did not work at all. I tire of deleting emails from the same sources every year. I had thousands of blocked addresses in the old version that weren't effective at all. Do Yahoo users have to get 3rd party software to do what Yahoo refuses to do?

Please implement strong mechanism against spam mails. Anything marked by the user as spam should always go the spam folder regardless of the source of the mail.
also, you can implement some mechanism to directly place some emails with wired characters and wired email address directly to users spam folders.
You really dont have to even delivered all the mails from the dating sites user has never visited or registered. These are things that should not even make it to the spam folder, let alone in your inbox.
It will be great to improve these lagging from your service, this will prevent people from moving to gmail, and help you retain your loyal clients.

If I get mail that was transferred to spam and after it I transferred it back to inbox, the mail continues to be transferred to spam. It should be corrected. it means that if one time the sender got tag "spam" it's forever.
