less ads
We should have the option to remove ads without having to pay for anything or download any software to keep them off our screen
Yahoo offers Mail Pro which provides an ad-free experience. You can find out more here:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail/sln15803.html
Keep in mind that this doesn’t remove ads in emails or Spam. If you still feel that ads are slowing your mailbox, please see this help page for troubleshooting:

When I try to access my mail while a video is playing, I get all kinds of errors. The audio option should be allowed be turned off. Offensive, X rated videos should not play at any time, with or without my permission.

Why do you put the advertisement on the right side and taking 25% of the screen. Please consider putting the ad ONLY on top not on the sides.

There are more and more ads. I am tired of waiting for ads to load and closing them. I soon will leave and you can advertise to someone else or perhaps no one else.

I am fed up with the ads and now after following your directions to go back to classic , it does not work. What is wrong with Yahoo?

Also - why does it seem that when I type a topic in the subject line - it either does not record all the characters or skips words entirely. Very poor performance if you ask me.

Ads open when i login is understandable, when i expand my mailbox the ads disappear for a moment and automatically pop in my mail box on the right side. Its annoying and a worst experience. When i expand my mail box it means i am not interested in the ads. Its like someone force fully ******* into your home. Please be the GOOD OLD YAHOO! its become some nonsense ad filled blog.

I'm paying for no ads, and yet there you go doing a pop-up of your own. I suppose since it' s from you, you don't consider it to be an add........Well, I do!!
Knock it off!

I just want to place an opinion that many agree with. It is distracting and sometimes offensive to see some of these ads. We should have a right to turn on or off these constant ads. No one wants to be forced to see what someone else decides that we should see.

This is not an idea. It's a bug. Suddenly I am getting ads. Then I get an email from you that you're sorry to see me go. I never did anything. Then it tells if I want to remove the ads to click the Settings icon and then click the option for ad-free mail. There is no such option.
