OMG - your IT people must need job security BAD -- "if it ain't broke don't fix it"! Just like most other yahoo MAIL users, I liked my MAIL the way it was. If you like the way gmail is set up then go work for google, for right now you work for yahoo, so stop trying to look like gmail.
I don't need a special mailbox for:
"Unread" mail (As a non-IT individual I am quite capable of finding any mail that has not been opened ... yes, it's true ... shocker, I know..... I can actually do this all by myself without the need for a special mailbox).
"Starred" mailbox (yes, just like finding any unread mail, I can find any mail that I have previously starred without any special mailbox.... maybe I"m the exception to the rule BUT if I am the one that placed the star on that piece of mail then I know where I can find that piece of mail ... I'm using logic).
"Archive" mailbox - This reminds me of being "sort of" pregnant (you are or you're not pregnant). Mail is either read or unread (no archive needed for that). Mail is either trahsed or kept in it's own folder that I create under the heading "New Folder" (no archive needed for that). So what's the point? WTF is "Archive" used for??? Other than ....well, gmail has it... so....
LEAVE IT ALONE!! -

I like my mail the way it is. But I keep getting this pop up to buy an up grade or agree to the extended format. To get the new format I have to agree to changing my browser I do not want to change. So I keep getting the same pop up every day, 10 to 20 times a day. Are you trying to force me to get the extended format or just trying to drive me out of my mind?

I am 70 and used yahoo for long time. Liked it when you could reply from the top and the message went to bottom and your reply was on top also the send icon was on top. No idea why i am paying for no ads when I can not even enjoy answering any more

Every time you change things we loose some feature. I am sick of it.
Right now every time I log into my emails you require me to confirm my phone number so you send me a code in order to log on.
Quit doing that or I am leaving Yahoo. I am sick of it. -

Why do I need a MAGNIFYING GLASS TO READ MY EMAIL IN BOX!!!!. I HAVE BY THE WAY 20/20 VISION and I am 73 years old with a 26" computer monitor; and another thing I am sick and tired of yahoo, google and internet explorer and Microsoft edge allowing spam and pop-up's. Everyone of you are no better than these ******** telemarketers that harass people by phone: but you people allow by you internet services, and you want to charge us to stop the spam. Yes I am mad as ****!!!!

This newest change messed up my email signature...the only way to change the signature is to correct the mistake with every single email (defeats the purpose of adding the signature in the first place), or not have a signature at all. This is beyond frustrating!

I like the layout changes BUT the changes don't stick from one login to another so every time I login I have to choose. Which is fine if its a beta and for the record I like the ability to change the layout.

agree with OP - stop changing layout like a girl changes her clothes! as i'm getting older i'm becoming more conservative, a slight change to my simple yet orderly life hurts me.
and while your at it, plz consider thanking long timers like meself. been with yahoo for as long as yahoo existed with one account or another, but yahoo never thanked me for that! (what an oline service without a user?)

Stop changing things. I hate Yahoo now

Please stop changing it, the new yahoo is ugly, it has absolutely horrible themes compared to the older one and you ask for money to have a more room for emails.
I hate the right bar, I want it removed it for good!
I always have to press "hide advertisment"After 20 years of using yahoo, now I have to switch to google if you continue changing it!

A while back I was told that programmers are the biggest PITAs who change things because they can, and can do it anonymously. So a big wad of gratitude for confusing most users, kudos to your power!
