PLEASE, allow folks to change back to Classic EMail. Your voting system shows that this is what everyone wants. No one wants the new email! It's ugly and redundant! I want to be able to go back to Classic Yahoo Email!!! It worked really well, and I didn't have issues with it!!! I don't like the new email!!! And please once you allow us to go back, don't pester us to change again!!! IF IT ISN'T BROKEN, DON'T FIX IT!!!

I like the layout of the Classic Mail because it is easier to use to focus on while reading email. The new mail version is too bulky with the views slot and having *********, Contacts, Calendar, and Notepad on the right side of the preview panel for email. There is no way to go back to the Classic Mail because it is covered by the task bar. Yahoo should left the storage limit at unlimited storage before Yahoo decided to limit the storage to one terabyte for emails and folders and forces us to clear the folders to make room for new emails and makes it more difficult to save important mails. The Classic Mail is a simple layout without all the extra panels that are useless and taking up space that can only be block by Yahoo Wider Mail, Webmail Ad blocker, or Email Ad Suppression extensions on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers. The free version of Yahoo should be ad free and have wider mail panel like the Yahoo Mail Pro that I would have to pay a monthly plan at $3.49 or yearly plan at $34.99. I think customers that are disabled should have Yahoo Pro mail included with their Yahoo account, on all devices and browsers that they used on a daily basis and have priority customer support to solve any issue that we have without trying get help on the Yahoo Help Central page that tells you to contact them by clicking the Contact US link and going through steps and get told to go through the Yahoo Help Community or see product-related help articles to solve your problem without any help from Yahoo. Do you even care about the disabled customers? The only way to contact Yahoo Customer Care is by going on Facebook, Tumbler or Twitter to get help from a Yahoo Customer Care representative if they get back with you to help. Half the time you wait for a Yahoo Customer Care representative to get back with you saying that they cannot help you with your issue or do not get any help at all which leaves you with your issue. Yahoo, please leave things alone that are fine and do not need to be updated to cause more problems and quit forcing us to use the new Yahoo Mail if we do not want to use it if we are used to the old Yahoo Mail.

This is the worst! The old classic worked great. The delete box was right by the stae and search. Now it is VERY inconvenient. The font was big enough to read in the old version. You can't read this version, either the list or the letters. The scrolling is very slow and I don't have time nor the will to get into my mail and go through the messages. This had to be fixed the version STINKS!! I have had this address so long that all of my friends, business contacts and family have it so I dot want to change but what good is it I can't read the page??

Yahoo- why don't you improve this new email version to make it look EXACTLY like the classic version? And why don't you reply to people on here? This "new" version is clumsy, cumbersome and takes too much time. I just need to send and read emails. Why you gotta make it cute? Come on! :(

Exactly right! They describe (and show) an option to go back to classic email but it does NOT exist in the settings menu. I PAY for my Yahoo email and this **** is just unacceptable. The old email was perfectly fine but did they to ASK paying customers if we wanted something "better" - NO!!!! Did they give us the option to NOT switch? NO!!! They just ***** stuff up and don't care.

I went back to classic as the new mail doesn't have the search save folders as classic did but then when I went back to classic it screwed up and is unusable. Also classic suddenly won't attach more than one attachment but the attach icon flickers but nothing comes up. I don't want to go to new mail until you fix the bugs I have found.
Show image is broken
Some parts of mail are unusable
Can no longer copy paste images into email or signature
Signature is now glitchy
Email attachments of large size no longer offer the option of using the cloud which I have an account on such as dropbox.
Adding emoticons / emoji's puts it not where the cursor in the text box is but at the start of the email which is annoying.
