Help with my account
For the last two days I’m receiving dozens of nonsense emails. How can this be stopped? Thx
Hi there. The more often you mark these emails as Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as such. We recommend following these steps to manage your incoming emails: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/manage-spam-mailing-lists-yahoo-mail-sln28056.html
You can always create filters: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/filters-organize-yahoo-mail-sln28071.html
If you need additional help, you can go to help.yahoo.com

Tired of this garbage email program...if it wasn't tied to so many of my business dealings I'd block Yahoo altogether. Fix this thing....NOW!

Please Yahoo, explain to me why the email filters I setup NEVER WORK. I have multiple filters setup to stop emails using the Subject Line, Body of the email and more for Shell Gas, Congratulations, You've won, etc. yet EVERYDAY this **** still winds up in my Inbox. What's the point of setting up filters if they don't filter. WHY!!!!!!

getting more than 6 phishing scams a day the past few days, there is no option that i can see to report them or flag them ( like another email provider) there should be some filtering on your part to stop these scam emails

When you block the spam emails use domain name of the senders instead of the whole email. e.g. test1234@pizza.com if I block this then they will send it again from test2345@pizza.com same domain but different word in the front.

Oh and I also want to add that I have marked as not spam all the work related emails and they still got into spam every single time. You really wanted me to miss my life opportunities after I have had this email address for almost 10 years. So disappointed!

Would be lovely if yahoo would not bring into spam important emails without asking first. I just lost an work related email, I cannot benefit of yahoo 24/7 support in my country and I am extremely ****** that I cannot get in contact with someone to help me recover my email and I had to make a fool of myself and ask for the email to be resent. Honestly, my suggestion would be better helpline for EVERYONE no matter the region, no more abusive spam algorithms, and getting in contact with people that need to recover those emails. I personally will delete my account on yahoo and never use it again after what just happened to me, but for your future I think you should take this into consideration. Thanks!

Specific domain bounce.myngp.com I added to block list, yet I am still getting spam emails from this domain. Does anyone know why?

Spam filters are something to be desired...Choose to receive email from Contacts only list and it never seems to stay there? Filters should be One word only choices ...From Contacts in Address book only to receive mail, Block Sender, Add to contacts, Delete or Bounce back to sender. It seems it is the same spam all the time? Simple Filters Period?

Send less junk mail and not charging to not receive junk and scam/***** mail! Allowing your block feature to actually work! It doesn't matter how many times and individual is blocked they keep sending mail!

when there is no email address listed in received email, I consider that fishing, because you can't see the email address, so reporting a fishing scam would be excellent

This should be an easy fix. Only happens on my Yahoo mail account.

Stronger filters for spam, especially McAfee. We get several DAILY! Very irritating. Clicking spam does nothing. Filters don't work.

Whatever happened to being able to use "wildcard characters" to block spam? The majority of the spam I receive are from "admin@(website)DOTcom", "renter@(website)DOTcom", "info@(website)DOTcom; you get the idea. Many years back AOL allowed blocking of many sites with an asterisk: "admin@*DOTcom. That blocked ALL domains and websites worldwide if the from line was from an "admin." Yahoo's members could benefit from this as we could block hundreds of spam sites without constantly filling our 1,000 blocked addresses limit.

Nella casella SPAM troppe mail di offerte di sesso. È stancante e stucchevole bloccarle, ogni volta con nome nuovo. BASTA!
