Help with my account
For the last two days I’m receiving dozens of nonsense emails. How can this be stopped? Thx

Hi there. The more often you mark these emails as Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as such. We recommend following these steps to manage your incoming emails: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/manage-spam-mailing-lists-yahoo-mail-sln28056.html
You can always create filters: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/filters-organize-yahoo-mail-sln28071.html
If you need additional help, you can go to help.yahoo.com
Thanks,
Yahoo Mail team

There should be better filters for spam and phishing email and a way to report it!!! It’s a dangerous app now and I believe mine is corrupted and there is no support neither from Yahoo nor Apple I’m stuck with a malware or virus corrupted app and there’s no way to fix it except deleting it and leaving my data open for anyone to hack!!!

I'm getting dozens of emails from various names@***************************
I have "blocked senders" that end with this pattern, and I have attempted to filter all messages containing @wrymhoy.tequiero.me into SPAM …
over and over, but NOTHING WORKS. This is a relatively recent trick being used. Thanks so much! -

I block the address, I have created every filter known to man/woman, and still get spam from @yahoo-notice.appspot.com and every variation!!!
So tired of filters that don't work!!!

I did not subscribe to anything from you but tonight I got a propaganda newsletter from you. It had a headline casting doubt about the Isis leader death. I know exactly what you are trying to do. It’s shameful!

Dear Yahoo,
Ive been receiving phishing mails for several weeks now my 2 accounts that pretend to be my banks (2 actually).
They are already on spam mail but they still keep on sending and sending mails. Please set up a way for us to permanently block emails like this so we dont have to always think if the notification where are getting from legit accounts are real or not.

I don't want any alerts from any social media websites like FB, Twitter, etc. Incl job portals. Do not want them in Spam Folder too.

When mails senders are even unsubscribed, then also mail comes from there end.
Yahoo should fix this as no one has this much time for such things. -

Increase the number of blocked SPAM number from 1,000 to infinity. I get so many because the sender use fake addresses, when the actual website is hidden down in the text part of the message. If you can't figure out how to filter out the actual website embedded in the message, please allow us(users) to block out more than 1,000 fake addressees. RDC

Yahoo Support: I am looking for a Solution to this problem and that has to come from you.
Your responses to the same issue by other people here are to say the least, inadequate.
One can delete the messages in the Spam folder, but the Block Sender process fails.
Please address this issue as it is an annoyance at present.
Please note, Gmail does not have this issue!
Thank you.

Why is my city location being shown to spam and bot mailers? Why can't we block them totally rather then leaving them in spam folders, which they can still hack into our account from?
How else do a random fake email ID find our location other then yahoo leaking this information to them? Why can't we freaking report these people? -

Most all messages that are in my spam folder is appspot.com which is total ****. Why is it even allowed? Children can have access to it which I totally resent.
I have tried every filter and cannot stop it from showing in my spam folder. How do I get rid of it completely?
