Help with my account
For the last two days I’m receiving dozens of nonsense emails. How can this be stopped? Thx

Hi there. The more often you mark these emails as Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as such. We recommend following these steps to manage your incoming emails: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/manage-spam-mailing-lists-yahoo-mail-sln28056.html
You can always create filters: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/filters-organize-yahoo-mail-sln28071.html

Honestly I get too much spam in my yahoo account to the point that I am about to stop continuing this account... As a last resort I am requesting you to do something about it... I logged in today and found about 11000 emails in my inbox most of them are spam...
Please help me with following:
1) Let me see whole list of sender email addresses. Preferebly let me download in offline (CSV /excel is good enough)2) I can review this list offline and mark senders who are genuine
3) Delete all emails from any other sender not in my list and get to a clean state.
5) stop receiving spam emailsLet me know if you can help.

I would like to see an email that gets blocked, stay blocked. I dont understand the concept behind "unsubscribing" from some email that I never subscribed to in the first place, then when I "Block senders" I get the same email from a different email address. I think a good filter would be to put something in a subject line and it automatically get dumped, I spend hours each week "blocking" spam mail, I think if it is able to get in my spam, it should be dumped or deleted without me even having to see it, when I delete a spam mail, then I have to delete it from the trash folder too..why? delete means delete, not delete it here then go to another folder and delete it again, block means I should never have to see that "subject line" again, until I unblock it.

I have created a folder to filter for @datingnow-222619.appspot.com and deliver these emails to the trash. They are still coming into my inbox. I have tried different variations such as dating now-222619.appsot.com and appspot.com. I am using the From and contains filter. Why are these emails not being filtered? These are **** emails and some are pretty graphic. I will have to shut my account down if I continue to have these in my mail.

Address blocking functionality in Yahoo is very limited. It would be nice if it could be expanded.
I am getting a lot of spam mail. It doesn't bother me too much, but once in a while an e-mail gets into spam folder and I have to sift through 100 junk e-mails to find it. Though most of the spam mail goes to correct folder I think more can be done by letting the user put additional blocking.
For example. Every day I get e-mails with address that starts with "email@myip". If I could block just that portion of the e-mail address (or simply block "mail@") the number of junk in my spam folder would be reduced by 90%.

Huge increase in spam getting through the filter.
I've been getting multiple emails a day from obvious spam and no matter how much I report as spam, they keep coming through. I haven't been on any sketchy sites (definitely not ****), so I'm confused what's happened.

Spam Blockage is a Joke. I have identified the same spam email over five times and still receive the same ****. Maybe its time to switch to Gmail.

Why I am getting so much of spam emails? This makes me to think about deleting my yahoo account and not to use this anymore. Highly frustrated. I am getting so much of unwanted spam ad emails which I didn't subscribe for. Irritating. At least there is should be any relevant contents. Unwanted emails are coming. Please STOP & give protection not to get any SPAM mails anymore!!!

Email filters stopped working with new ones created. Old one in place still work even from specific domains like netflix.com go to its assigned folders. Was told new filters will no longer accept domain name (sh!t on us some more verizion) so I set them up for "names" to contain yet they still get delivered into my inbox. Way to go verizon!! Let break it even further.
