Get real Yahoo. You screwing up big time on your new money making scheme. Gmail is definitely looking like a better solution for all of us.

We should look into doing a class action lawsuit against this money grab scheme. They force the change of our inbox. then also try to force ads on us or pay $ per month to not have ads. The ads they force on us I guarantee they won't audit before sending them our way which means. We are paying them to not give us ads. or we are paying the india scammers money to unlock our computers after the malware infested ads infect our PC. Sorry BAD play YAHOO.

At the very least have an option to stop updates to the inbox.

I left these same remarks on a similar post. I 100% agree. I've had this email account for over 20 years, and if these changes aren't reversed, I will be migrating to Gmail for good. This company has been on nothing but a straight downward trajectory for many years, and I am fed up.

Every time Yahoo pulls this **** I am reminded how greedy and stupid the powers that be at Yahoo actually are. We know that ads are the only important thing to you greedy bastards but really, this is what you consider good customer service. I'll be moving even more of my business email to gmail or some other service. You guys SUCK. This was my primary email for years but not anymore

Thanks for nothing. If it weren't so difficult to switch Emails due to having to notify so many customers and so on, I'd do it in a second. You arrogant s.o.b's. I don't like to be forced into removing my ad block tor retain the features with which I am accustomed. It's either that or pay more for "No Ads" You need money that badly, maybe you should just shut down you operation. Yes, I know that I can go back to "basic" but with reduced functionality.

Imagine being trashy and creating ads in an email service of all things, and then trying to charge for and ad free version of that same service. Absolute garbage.

Totally UnAcceptable to be Forced to terminate my Add Blocker, in order to continue to use "Full-Featured Email", else be forced back to the ****** Basic Email -- unless I am willing to Pay for "NO Ads".
I use an Ad Blocker because the Ads were Slowing down Performance, and Most were Inappropriate (ex: Spanish Ads when I only Know English; Ads for Products not applicable to my Gender; Ads for Products I would never ever buy). The Video/Audio ads were the Worst! I often have multiple tabs open, and sometimes multiple Yahoo tabs. Hearing Voices on my desktop from places I couldn't see was Creepy! I learned how to Mute All Yahoo! Tabs!
Aside from Performance, and Annoyance, I never ever buy products advertised in Banner Ads. Those Ad people are Wasting their money! If I want to buy something, I go to Amazon, or Direct to the Product's website, or Direct to the Store!
AND this is the Worst Time for Yahoo! to be trying to Milk its Customers for More $$$! We are in the Middle of a Pandemic!! 30 Million + people in the U.S, are now Unemployed! Where is the money supposed to come from??
This a Bad Idea in the Worst of Times!!
Shame on YOU - Yahoo!!

This is BS, as usual for Yahoo, trying to get money for a halfway service. I've been on yahoo for years and am in the process of changing everything over to Gmail. Why should I pay yahoo to go ad free when I have an ad blocker because of the crap Yahoo puts on. Pay Yahoo to guard against the ads that Yahoo creates, what a bunch of crap.

If you want me to go this is what you need to do.... force me to submit to your ad demands.....3.2.1 im gone. I am giving you 10. 9 . 8.....

I am ready to switch to Gmail after 20 years of Yahoo. You people are ridiculous. I am NOT paying to have a no-ads experience and blackmailing us to whitelist by holding back features makes you nothing short of criminals.

I don't want to see add, specially when they are invasive and pop up in the middle of my email while reading, allow those who do not want to pay, to select the colour schematic we want and not force us to the bright white inbox

Hate that you removed all my family photos and personal folders. I used this account as a security account to never lose any personal information and photos. I feel I was robbed. I want my information back
