You have interrupted my incoming/outgoing emails. Is there an issue that needs to be addressed? I would prefer to discover the cause of this and retain my access to yahoo mail.

Emails have one job - to receive emails. I have successfully recovered my account and yet I cannot use it for the one job it has.
My performance improvement recommendation is to make a platform that does the one advertised job, or maybe at least make it so people can get basic levels of customer assistance. -

I can't receive an email that contains an OTP code.
The code expires in 30 (thirty) minutes. I received the email 40 (fourty) minutes later. Why!? Checked all kinds of folders. NONE!! Your help site is an absolute... uh, garbage. The instruction are repetitive it loops over and over to a point that it is utter trash. -

Yahoo mail seems to be censoring my emails from conservative news sources such as Fox News. I am attempting to watch the 2023 Republican Presidential Debate and I have to go to Fox News to get a Link sent to my Yahoo email, when I go to to get a link from Fox News the Email Link NEVER comes to my Email account, not in ANY of the folders. The same Link however, WILL show up when I put in my Gmail or Hotmail Accounts. Yahoo is Blatantly Biased against the Republican party and is actively censoring my incoming mail from conservative news sites. this is absolutely unacceptable for an email service to be doing. This is Unethical and wrong. This has been forwarded to other news outlets in order to show this Dispicable tactics by Yahoo/Yahoo mail.

I've had my account for almost 20 years, and now I have suddenly stopped receiving important emails! Yahoo was my favorite email platform... before the Gestapo took control. If I cannot verify my identity on OTHER websites using email, I will have to sue for lost income.

Fix password reset emails not coming through from many vendors, last 2 I had issue with are Ebay and Reddit. With this problem I will be switching out to elsewhere, it is unacceptable!

Yahoo is preventing MANY sites from sending authentication codes. So far in the last month you have blocked Jagex, which you finally fixed, but you have been blocking Game Stop for 2 months. Regular emails come through, but the verifications do not. They don't even end up is spam, you are just rejecting them. If you can't handle MFA requests, then A - You shouldn't have bought an email company, one of the oldest on the net, and B - you are going to force me to switch to a company that can handle it.

Out of the blue I'm now seeing "no new emails" on the tab, before my email address. First off, when I look at tabs I'm searching quickly for the page I want, having a comment in front of the email address is distracting. Second, perhaps if you took the time and energy you put into this "new and improved" feature and set the spam folder up to tell me how many messages were in it (or better yet stop putting legitimate emails in the spam folder), I would at least know they were there before I miss out on something important. In the end people look at their email frequently whether you tell them they have something, or not. They don't look in the spam folder. And a last thought...I can't trust you to not put emails in spam that shouldn't be there, why would I trust when you say I have no new emails?
