    When logged into 2 accts my mail is not updating with incoming mail. Only the next day does it show up in my inbox. When logged in 1 acct it shows all rec'd messages in old format.

    I can no longer receive e-mails every since the new format/update to yahoo mail on 09/07/2019

    I am not receiving any emails since 9/4/19 I have called and emailed and chatted and still nothing. I am really upset as this is my main e-mail where everything goes. This is very poor business and I will have to find me another email account

    Have talked to Amazon and they are saying that Yahoo has a block on their email to me. Help!

    I was getting emails from my work address and now Yahoo has designated as spam. I went to the spam folder and they aren't there either. I only know this because my work system told me that it failed to send because I designated it as spam...which I did not. The address isn't showing up in my blocked addresses either. I have tried 5 times to fix this issue with different methods, including adding every email address at my work into the whitelisted list. Can anyone help?

    I have a long-term Craig's List ad and use their Anonymiser feature to avoid spam and scams. For a month or more (today is Aug. 21, 2019) I have been getting ZERO responses to my ad (abnormal!). When I tried answering MY OWN AD, it NEVER appeared in my Yahoo Mail Inbox, not even in Spam. Just GONE. I did NOT set up Spam to instantly delete, and I can NO LONGER FIND any controls for my Spam box, so I can't fix this. WHY did you change my Spam settings WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE or PERMISSION, and TAKE AWAY my control options?

    I got everything deleted because it has been over a year since I logged in, yet now when I am trying to get an email from Instagram to reactivate the account using that email I have not been able to receive anything.

    Im trying to reset my password and u guys are preventing me from that my blocking them from emailing me !
